Managing Publications
•Q - The investigator has program projects or training grants, and the Bibliography contains publication citations from other authors. How can I adjust the Bibliography to include only the investigator’s authored publications?
• A - Move the publications from “My Bibliography” to “Other Citations”; or
• Copy publications to a New Collection and delete from “My Bibliography”.
Managing Publications
•Q – How do I add citations not found in PubMed to My Bibliography? Ex: articles that were just accepted for publication or book chapters?
•A – items not found in PubMed must be added manually to the My Bibliography.
Recommendations• Be Proactive! Monitor and manage publications in My
Bibliography on a regular basis.• Be Proactive! Communicate to subrecipients and
collaborators to ensure they understand Public Access Policy Requirements.
• Take Action! Update My Bibliography as soon as an article is accepted for publication.
• Delegate! Investigators may not have time to properly manage the Bibliography - Be sure to select a trusted delegate!
• Create a Basic Biosketch – adjust specifics as needed.• Use SciENcv!
