THE BASICSCROWDLITOKEN AG issues a bond. The token („CRT“) is its digital representation. The funds raised by issuing the bond are invested into properties. CROWDLITOKEN owns the properties.
THE INNOVATIONThe income streams of the properties are digitalized as well and linked to the digital bond. The bondholder (= tokenholder) now profits from the income streams and value appreciation of the properties while having a minimum guaranteed interest on the bond.

OFFERING TERMS

Issuance for third party compensation and own use
• 3% of all Tokens issued, plus 800‘000 CRT for compensation of team, staff and sales, and
• for compensation of third party engaged in structuring and execution of the STO
Term• 25 years (due in 2044)
• Option to defer repayment by two times five years
Interest Fixed Interest: 0.875% (year 1 + 2), 1.5% (year 3), 2.1% (year 4 onwards) based on the nominal value of CHF 1.00.
Repayment Individual share of net property portfolio value, whereby a minimum repayment amount of CHF 0.70 per Token is paid out.
