The NEXT range is an “ATEX certified” enclosure / terminationsolution available in various options of material and finishes. Thismulti certified enclosure is fully compliant with the impact, thermaland ingress requirements of EN50014, and is available in acomprehensive range of 17 different sizes and two depths, each withthe facility for many configuration possibilities for a multitude ofapplications. Using the highest quality materials, unique design benefits andprecision manufacturing the NEXT range is the benchmark in heavy-duty gauge enclosures of its class with a 25 year design life.

Material / Finish Options 316L Stainless Steel (1.4404 to EN 10088) – Superior “corrosion resistant” electro chemically polished. Sheet Steel - Polyester powder coated to RAL 7032. Gasket Material High integrity “one piece” closed cell chloroprene or optional silicone gasket. Door Fixing Detachable hinged door, stainless steel hinges with captive stainless steel hex screws. Enclosure Mounting 4 x external welded lugs, 11mm Ø holes / slots. Equipment Mountings 4 x stand off pillars 9mm Ø, 25mm high, tapped M6 x10, for rail or mounting plate. Gland Plate / Entries 3mm thick, quantity to meet client’s requirements. Enclosure Earthing M10 internal / external brass earth stud assembly M6 internal stud on lid & painted gland plates. Certified IP Rating IP66 to EN60529. Deluge Test (Shell) Spec. No. DTS 01. Operating Temp Range Chloroprene gasket -45°C (-49°F) to +80°C (176°F), Optional Silicone gasket -65°C (-85°F) to +135°C (-275°F). Ambient Temp Range Chloroprene gasket -45°C (-49°F) to +40°C (104°F) for T6 -45°C (-49°F) to +55°C (131°F) for T5. Silicone gasket -65°C (-85°C) to +40°C (104°F) for T6. -65°C (-85°F) to +55°C (131°F) for T5. Impact Resistance 7 J (Nm) to EN 50014. Certification ATEX ll 2 GD EEx e II T6 or T5.
