This activity is presented under the auspices of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us for Perspectives in Melanoma XIV! This fall’s conference, 17-18 September 2010 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, promises to be an outstanding educational event.

Perspectives in Melanoma XIV is an exciting multi-disciplinary forum that will provide a comprehensive overview of recent advances and rigorous discussions of the most current and controversial topics in the fi elds of melanoma diagnosis, clinical research, and contemporary therapy. This congress will appeal to those interested and/or involved in the treatment of melanoma and its consequences, including medical and surgical oncologists, dermatologists, researchers and other healthcare professionals.

Led by authorities and current investigators in the fi eld, the program will cover several of the most promising and important on-going clinical trials. State-of-the-art presentations by experts in molecular biology, genetics, and immunology will provide a valuable educational experience for all melanoma-related disciplines.

Additionally, Perspectives in Melanoma XIV is preceded by the EORTC Melanoma Group Meeting, held on 16 September2010. If you are a member of the EORTC Melanoma Group, please be sure to schedule a few extra days out of the offi ce to attend both meetings.

Acceptance notifi cations and guidelines for poster presentation will be sent on 12 August 2010. Authors of accepted abstracts who have not registered will have until 2 September 2010 to do so at the rate of €399.00. After this date, abstracts without registered presenters will be disregarded.
