We co-develop with our customer his product, its specific aromatization and we bring him in-novative solutions. Hedelab is active in nume-rous domains such as health and sports nutri-tion. In addition, the company has a historical specific expertise in probiotics. The laboratory of Hedelab is able to realise various types of tests: stability tests following the ICH standards, humidity resistance tests, density tests, granula-tion tests, etc.

Hedelab provides a quality service, designs and develops customised nutraceuticals solutions. We are present at every step along the value chain. The company selects and invests in people with the best talented skills and experiences in order to make your idea become a real successful project.

Hedelab differs also by its internal quality pro-cess (ISO 22000) and also by its ability to help the customer so that he can bring to the market products that meet the standards wherever in the world (service and formulas in line with the regulations). Our service is provided by profes-sionals with specific technical skills in order to guarantee the quality aspects of the nutraceuti-cal solutions.

The company develops graphic solutions, assists the customer with the design and the launch of its new product (logo, design…) and helps crea-ting a commercial pitch based on scientific docu-mentations. Hedelab is able to provide persona-lised ready-to-sell and ready-to-use solutions.

1974 Creation of Hedephar in Frameries (Mons). The company manufactures and sells wellness products based on plants and also natural cosmetics.

1998 Hedephar becomes Hedelab and focuses its core business on food supplements. Hedelab becomes BIO certified.

2001 Acquisition of a liquid capacity in terms of production and development.

2003 Transfer in a new production site (6000 sqm) located in Ghlin that enables the company to be certified ISO.

2005 Hedelab becomes the first European company certified ISO 22000, HACCP.

2006 Integration of new fully automated lines (capsuling, blistering and cartooning).

2007 Integration of new counting lines for dry solutions (capsules and tablets). Integration of maceration and plants mixture extraction lines.

2009 Acquisition of a new fully automated powder line.

2010 Increase of capital assets and repositioning of the company on the pharmaceutical market.

2011 Extension of the liquid production capacity with new strategic partnerships.

2012 Acquisition of new tablets and caps lines. The company becomes SAC certified (Belgium).

2013 Acquisition of a new bagging line.

2014 Acquisition of fully automated blistering lines.

2015 Integration of “Cap Drink” production capacities.

2016 Acquisition of a fully automated bagging line.
