Exploration, gathering impressions from Split

The OLAF Project

Crosswalks: strategically placed in public gathering spaces. Receives experiences (text, images, audio) from people dispersed throughout Split

City-wide system of exploration & sharing experiences

Fluid Walks: People leave digital grafitti throughout the city and share their experiences, tips and opinions. Take on a stranger’s identity and see the city through somebody else’s eyes!

Squeezers: augmented coasters provoke responses from patrons, they may write about experiences in Split or scan items they would like to share. Digital paper is used for scanning and textrecognition. When coaster is squeeyed the content is transmitted to the crosswalks.
