Welcome back to the 4th annual Ladies in Red Event. We are excited to once again be offering some of the best Red Angus genetics in the business. Our families continue to stay close friends as our breeding goals and ideas stay similar. We are excited to present these goals and ideas for your consideration and evaluation.

Not to sound like a broken record, but we feel this year’s offering is perhaps the best yet. It will be our continued goal to bring our customers great breeding opportunities from the top end of our programs year after year.

As you page through the catalog you will find that if you are looking for females to show at the county or national level or looking for some solid foundation brood cows this set will not disappoint. There have been many heifers purchased from this sale in the past years that have gone on to win many major national shows, as well as countless regional and state fairs. But more importantly, many of these females have gone on to produce high quality offspring for our customers. The foundation of the TC Reds program goes back to a cow named Luanna. I simply can’t find the words to explain what an impact the Luanna cow has made on our program. She was the second Red Angus female that we ever purchased. Luanna was Calli’s first Red Angus show heifer and little Calli and Luanna enjoyed lots of show ring success. One of the most memorable moments for our family was when Calli and Ty showed Luanna to Supreme Champion honors at the World Beef Expo back in 2002. It was truly the start of a legacy.

At the age of fourteen we decided to go for one last hurrah and IVF Luanna to 3 Aces Sideways and resort for females. As usual Luanna did not disappoint us and as a result we are able to offer a guaranteed heifer pregnancy. This heifer will be a full sib to the Reserve Female at the 2013 NWSS Jr show for the Kramer family. Doc sired the Red Angus female who won Louisville in 2007, Reserve Red Angus female in Denver 2009 and champion female in Houston 2011 (raised by Weiden-bach Ranch, SD, sold to J6 Farms, NE.)
