You will need: Form 100 from this manual & clip board
Step 1. With Form 100 – (page 9)

to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and accountability of everyone at the dealership. It will be the
responsibility of each employee to cooperate and maximize the effectiveness of the system.
Total discipline to the system must be obtained to benefit from the greatest results of the key

keys checked out.

Part 4 - HOW IT WORKS
To see a quick video on how to operate the system go to:
http://www.keypersystems.com/products/mechanical-key-control/
Three Easy Steps…
1. To remove a Key/plug from the system-Insert the Access Peg into the port next to the key
needed. ¼ turn left unlocks the key/plug needed. Your Access Peg is now locked in place.
2. To retrieve your Access Peg, return the key/plug back to the same position.
3. Rotate your Access Peg ¼ turn right, the key/plug is locked back in place.
The KEYper System requires an Access Peg for each Plug to be removed. This insures full
accountability and tracking for each set of keys removed from the system.
Helpful Hint -
To remove large number of keys from the system – determine how many keys would need to be
removed from the KEYper System at one time- purchase additional Access Pegs in a different
color to be used for these functions.
