Unlike most company owners, I have decades of experience as Independent Distributor. I know firsthand the hard work and dedication that it takes to be successful in this industry. In fact, it was my own personal experience that served as the main inspiration behind the design of our Career Path compensation plan. Our goal from the onset was to create a platform that would meet every Ambassador’s needs and alleviate the hurdles Direct Sales professionals face. As CEO, I believe it is our job to “fill the potholes” and “remove the speed bumps”. By doing so, we give our leaders a clear road to success. compensation plan that offers four types of income, paid twelve different ways.
By combining the most powerful Direct Sales structures into one plan, we
have created a strong recipe for success. In addition, our plan is seamless and
unlimited in every aspect. This gives our Ambassadors the potential to build a
global business as the company expands into new international markets.

for each order generated, they’re helping us change lives through the Pay It
Forward nutrition program. For every dollar of commissionable sales volume,
Zilis will provide a daily supply of complete nutrition to a child in need. Our five-
year goal through this program is to reach one million children a day. Together,
we can make this goal a reality. It all happens when our Ambassadors build
their business and your road to freedom starts with the compensation plan.

Definitions
Independent Ambassador – An entrepreneur
who chooses to enroll as an independent Zilis
Ambassador with one of several enrollment
options. Ambassadors are capable of earning
commission by referring and gathering Zilis
Customers and overriding the sales of their
organization. All Ambassadors must adhere to
the Zilis Policies and Procedures.
Customer – An individual who purchases Zilis
products through a Zilis Ambassador. Customers
may purchase directly or through
an Ambassador’s replicated website.
Active Customer – A Zilis Customer who
has placed an online order for at least one
commissionable product in the current calendar
month.
Autoship – The term designating an order that is
pre-selected and scheduled for a particular date
each month.
Preferred Customer – A Customer who pre-
schedules a purchase on a continuous monthly
basis. Preferred Customers receive special pricing
beginning with their second order.
Enroller – The person who introduced a new
Customer or Ambassador to Zilis.
QV (Qualifying Volume) – The value equal to the
wholesale product cost that is placed on an order
for qualification purposes.
CV (Commissionable Volume) – The value
assigned to an order for purposes of commission
calculations.
PQV (Personal Qualification Volume) – The
collective sales volume from your own and your
Customer’s orders for purposes of qualification.
PCV (Personal Commissionable Volume) – The
collective sales volume from your own and your
Customer’s orders for purposes of commissions.
AQV (Autoship Qualification Volume) – The
collective personal autoship QV an Ambassador
has during the period.
NCQV (New Customer QV) – The total qualified
volume from a new Customer’s initial (first) order.
EQV (Enrollment Tree Qualifying Volume) – The
amount of qualification volume attached to orders
in your organization for purposes of qualification.
Also known as ETQV.
Enrollment Tree – The Ambassadors that can
be linked back to one of your direct personal
enrollees.
Dual Team – A dynamic two team structure which
pays on commissionable volume within “left” and
“right” legs through infinite levels. Also known as
the Binary.
PDEV (Personal Dual Team Enrollment
Tree Volume) – The volume generated by
Ambassadors in your enrollment tree within your
Dual Team structure.
Weekly Cap – The maximum amount of dual
team commissions an Ambassador can earn each
week based on rank qualification.
SSV/LSV (Stronger/Lesser Leg Volume) – A
description of the two dual team legs to denote
which legs are producing greater and lesser CV
during a qualification period.

Carryover/Stored Volume – CV that is generated
during a previous period and carried forward due
to a lack of matching volume on the opposite
Dual Team leg.
Generation – The chronology, or level, of where
new Ambassadors (and therefore their Customers)
are placed in the enrollment tree.
Generational Volume – Commissionable volume
from all orders excluding Ambassador enrollment
packs.
Rank – Denotes qualification achievement
within the compensation plan. Rank is used to
calculate compensation, rewards qualification and
recognition of productivity.
Rising Star Pool – A weekly enrollers’ pool
designed to reward new Customer and
Ambassador acquisition..
Brand Partner – A company Zilis partners with for
product distribution.
Nutrition Pack – A vitamin and mineral powder
specifically formulated for children between the
ages of six to 59 months. Each nutrition pack
provides 100% RDA of 15 essential vitamins and
minerals and is proven to stop malnutrition in as
early as sixty days.
Leadership Teams – For purposes of infinity
bonuses and other specifically designated
portions of the compensation plan.

Compensation Plan12 Ways to Earn by Building a Loyal Customer Base Immediate Income
Retail Profit (RP) The foundation of your Zilis business. Our generous retail commissions are paid on all product orders by your personal Customers.
Fast Start Bonus (FSB) Earned for helping your personally sponsored Ambassadors buy and sell Zilis products.
Rising Star Pool (RSP) A 5% weekly revenue pool reserved exclusively for Rising Stars. Shares may be earned by enrolling new Customers and Ambassadors each week. Rising Stars may earn shares as often as they qualify and multiple shares may be earned in the same weekly period.
Team Building
Dual Team Builder (DT) This dynamic structure allows you to earn income on the total enrollment pack volume (CV) generated by your left and right sales teams through unlimited depth.
Infinity Fast Start Bonus (IFS) Paid to unlimited generations of depth on the product volume generated by new Ambassadors in your leadership teams.
Long-Term Residual
Generational Bonus (GB) The basis of your long-term residual income. Qualify to earn monthly on total Commissionable Volume up to six generations deep.
Infinity Residual Bonus (IRB) Designed to reward and encourage those in Leadership positions to build and sustain a large Customer base. Earn an IRB on product volume within your leadership teams to unlimited depth.
Infinity Matching Bonus (IMB) Qualify to earn up to 40% matching bonuses on the IRBs earned by all personally enrolled, equally ranked Ambassadors.
Benefits Package
Global Bonus Pool (GBP) Beginning at Regional Ambassador, this unique component allows you to enjoy the success of the entire company by earning quarterly shares derived from the total generational volume.
Blessing Bonus (BB) Up to $400 a month to give away to bless others in need.
Jeep Bonus (JB) Up to $800 a month toward a new Jeep Wrangler or Grand Cherokee of your choice.
Healthcare Bonus (HB) Up to $1,000 a month for health insurance.

Choosing Your Enrollment & AutoshipThe first step in the enrollment process is choosing your pack. Zilis offers
multiple enrollment options to meet every budget and goal. You should begin
by asking two important questions. First, which products do I want for my
own personal use? Second, which products do I want to have to sell, show and
demo to prospective Customers and Ambassadors? Your goals will help you
determine which enrollment pack is the best choice. In addition to selecting their
initial order, each Ambassador should consider the product they desire to have
on autoship. While not required, autoship provides tremendous benefits.
The most important component of autoship is ensuring you have the products
you need to sample, sell, show and demo to your prospective Customers
and Ambassadors. It is important to note that the purchasing of products is
never required for an Ambassador to qualify for compensation. As always,
Zilis contributes nutrition to children in need with every sale, including an
Ambassador’s autoship.

The Zilis CloudZilis has invested into our proprietary Cloud technology to offer
our Ambassadors the most efficient business system available
in the industry. We offer Ambassadors two choices for their
Cloud business management system.
The basic cloud provides Ambassadors with standard access
and features. This platform is designed primarily for those
that desire to focus on enrolling Customers. It is generally not
designed for team builders. This system is provided free to all
active Ambassadors.
The Pro Cloud gives Ambassadors full access to our
system and is designed for those that desire to build a large
organization of other Ambassadors. This sophisticated and
advanced back office system uses cutting-edge technology to
provide Ambassadors with analytics, marketing tools and other
features to assist in growing and managing their Zilis business.
To assist our Ambassadors in minimizing costs wherever possible, Pro users have their annual renewal fee waived for at least six out of twelve months a year. Zilis is proud to offer the Pro Cloud service at an affordable $29/month.

Immediate IncomeRetail Profit (RP) - PAID WEEKLY
All orders generated by your personally enrolled Customers pay generous retail
commissions up to 100%. Customers can choose to pay the regular retail
price with one-time orders or receive discounted pricing by opting to become a
Preferred Customer. Preferred Customer (PC) pricing is defined as 50% savings
from the retail to wholesale price. All it takes to become a PC is to have at least
one commissionable product on autoship. Since Zilis products are consumable,
autoship offers a convenient way for our Customers to ensure they always have
the Zilis products on hand that their family needs.
QUALIFICATION: Enroller must be an Ambassador in good standing during the
period in which Customer purchase occurs.
Fast Start Bonus (FSB) - PAID WEEKLY
Earn a lucrative fast start when you personally enroll a new Ambassador with an
optional product pack. FSBs are a tremendous opportunity to earn while training
your organization to establish a solid product foundation on which to grow.
QUALIFICATION: Enroller must be an active Ambassador within the period in
which enrollment occurs. Active is defined as having 60 AQV or 90 total PQV in
the current or previous monthly period.

Rising Star Pool (RSP) - PAID WEEKLY
We place 5% of worldwide Ambassador enrollment volume CV into the Rising Star Pool. This unique revenue pool rewards continuous Ambassador and Customer acquisition by sharing the success of the entire company. Each week you qualify, you’ll receive an equal distribution of the pool along with your fellow qualified rising star counterparts.
Earn a pool share each week you’re an active Rising Star that accumulates RIsing Star Points. There are multiple ways to earn points by simply sharing the products and opportunity.
THREE SIMPLE WAYS TO QUALIFY RISING STAR:
1. Achieve 600 PQV and 3,000 EQV from (4) personally enrolled Ambassadors
within your first 30 days + EOP.
2. Achieve 3,000 total PQV within your first 30 days + EOP.
3. Enroll or upgrade Gold within your first 30 days + EOP.

4. REPEAT ITRISING STAR POOL DETAILS1. End of Period (EOP) is defined as EOP is the first Saturday after your 30th day. Example, an Ambassador with
a join date of June 10 has until July 31 of the same year to achieve Rising Star.
2. Active Rising Stars must maintain 180 PQV or 120 AQV each month to be qualified to earn shares.
3. To qualify for RSP points, new enrollees must have total active autoship profile(s) of at least 60 AQV before the end of the weekly period in which they enrolled. AQV may be from an Ambassador’s personal order or from enrolling Ambassador’s personal Customers. If this requirement is not met, Rising Star Pool points will be purged and not credited.

DUAL TEAM BUILDER DETAILS1. Only CV from new Ambassador enrollment
packs or upgrades is paid in the Dual Team.
2. A minimum of 300CV on each leg is required to generate a Dual Team bonus. When a Dual Team bonus is paid, an equal amount of CV is deducted from each leg.
3. Carryover volume requirements apply. After any maximum weekly payout is met (per rank definitions) within a bonus period, any unused lesser leg volume will be reset to zero and will not carry over into the next bonus period.
4. Any CV on an upline’s original lesser leg that is not PDEV will not fully count toward Dual Team commissions and will be flushed at the end of each weekly period. This is specifically designed to prevent manipulation of the dual team and does not apply to naturally fluctuating strong/weak legs.

Team BuildingDual Team Builder (DTB) - PAID WEEKLY
This dynamic structure pays you up to $10,000 a week, based on rank, for generating product sales to infinite generations. Ambassadors enjoy a generous payout of up to 10% of the matching CV from your dual team legs each week. Dual team CV is generated anytime a new Ambassador enrollment pack or upgrade is generated within your left or right team. In addition, qualify to carry over additional unused CV generated from your more dominant leg (also known as stronger leg, Stored volume is limited to a maximum of one million points.
Every Ambassador has a placement tree with two sides, a left team and a right team. Either of these teams can be considered a stronger or lesser leg during any particular bonus period. Each Ambassador enrollment pack counts toward the Dual Team. Earning potential is determined by rank and other factors as outlined below.

Carryover Volume
An active Ambassador may carryover up to 500,000 in strong-side
volume (SSV) each period based on personal activity, as outlined.
Carryover volume acts like rollover minutes on a cell phone plan. Even
though the volume may have been generated months prior, as long as
volume is stored it may be used for commission purposes at a later time.
Maintaining stored volume gives Ambassadors the ultimate in flexibility.

Infinity Fast Start (IFS) - PAID WEEKLY
Earn lucrative IFS bonuses as new Ambassadors enter your leadership
organization with an enrollment pack. It is essential that new Ambassadors have
a reasonable amount of product to use, sell, show and demo to facilitate their

ADDITIONAL DETAILS• Your qualified leadership level, as well as the type and total of Ambassador enrollment packs
purchased within your Leadership teams will determine the amount of IFS bonuses you earn each week.
• For IFS earnings you must have achieved the rank in question in the previous calendar month or in the current calendar month prior to the close of the weekly pay period in question. Ambassadors who rank advance to a new level higher than their lifetime rank will begin earning IFS bonuses in the week in which they rank advance and will be considered qualified for the new rank achieved for the remainder of the month. If you are not qualified at the time the IFS bonus is run, the IFS bonus will be purged.
• To qualify for IFS bonuses, new enrollees must have total active autoship profile(s) of at least 60 AQV before the end of the weekly period in which they enrolled. AQV may be from an Ambassador’s personal order or from enrolling Ambassador’s personal Customers. If this requirement is not met, IFS bonuses will be purged and not paid to the appropriate upline.

Long Term ResidualGenerational Bonus (GB) - PAID MONTHLY
The foundation of your residual income is the Generational Bonus (GB). When
you build a solid Ambassador and Customer base, you’re creating a pipeline
of monthly residual income for your family. Qualify to earn each month on
all commissionable product volume generated up to six (6) levels of your
organization. The best part is that your own rank, not those of your downline
organization, determines the number of generations you will be paid GBs.

This component is one of the most exciting highlights in the Zilis compensation plan. Earn monthly bonuses
of up to 9% on the total CV generated within your designated leadership teams each month. Infinity Residuals
(IRBs) are paid on all enrollment tree volume, excluding Ambassador enrollment packs. The more product
sold by your teams, the more you’ll earn. Since the IRB is not capped and pays through unlimited generations,

Infinity Matching Bonus (IMB) - PAID MONTHLY
Qualify for lifetime Infinity Matching Bonuses on all personally enrolled
Ambassadors at equal leadership rank. The more you personally enroll and the
more success you generate within your team, the higher matching you earn.
All Ambassadors receive 10% IMB matching at Area Ambassador with the
opportunity to grow all the way to 40%.
SPECIAL ACCELERATED MATCHING OPPORTUNITY
Leap forward with a Gold pack. All new enrollees with a Gold pack receive 20%
matching potential on all personally enrolled Ambassadors for life. This incentive
encourages you to personally enroll large numbers of new Ambassadors and
support them in becoming successful.
INFINITY MATCHING BONUS DETAILS1. To earn IRB matching, you must be qualified at the rank from which you desire to earn a match.
If the enrolling Ambassador is not qualified at the same level as their personally enrolled Ambassador, matching is adjusted to the include the IRB earned at the highest level the enroller is currently qualified.
2. Due to the extreme payout potential of 40% matching, Zilis requires the enroller to earn equivalent rank of their personals within twelve (12) months for Area Ambassador, eighteen (18) months for Regional Ambassador and twenty-four (24) months for National Ambassador of the initial qualification date of their personally enrolled. If an enroller does not qualify at equivalent rank within this time line matching bonuses for the individual rank in question are permanently forfeited.

HEALTHCARE BONUS AMOUNTS (PAID AS RANK MONTHLY BONUS)
ADDITIONAL DETAILS• The Healthcare Bonus is paid to qualified Ambassadors in the amount of their premium up to
the qualified amount after proof of insurance is provided to Zilis. If a qualified Ambassador is not insured or receiving free health insurance, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Health insurance contract and agreement must be in the name of the qualifying Ambassador or Spouse. Program benefits are non-transferrable and non-combinable. The bonus applies for one single individual or married couple per distributorship.
• Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to the 5th day after the initial qualifying calendar month for reimbursement. During initial qualification and after approval by Zilis compliance, reimbursements will begin during the month in which premium payments begin.
• Only qualified health insurance plans are eligible. All plans are subject to approval by Zilis.
• Participants are subject to quarterly documentation checks for the Healthcare benefit to continue.

Jeep Bonus (JB) - PAID MONTHLY
Earn up to $800 a month for the Jeep Wrangler or Grand Cherokee of your choice!
Nothing says freedom like a Jeep! The Zilis Jeep program is an incentive reward offered to Ambassadors who achieve and maintain the position of Area Ambassador or above in the Zilis compensation plan. With the Jeep Bonus, you’re eligible select a Jeep Wrangler or Grand Cherokee and Zilis will reimburse your lease or loan payment.
There are multiple ways to quality for the Jeep with the easiest to complete a 4X4 (see the Zilis presentation for more details). Once you qualify as an Area Ambassador, you’ll want to be sure to review the Jeep Club flyer available for download in your Zilis Cloud.
QUALIFICATION: You must achieve the Area Ambassador Rank or higher and follow the guidelines provided in the Jeep Club flyer to receive a full Jeep Bonus.

Reaching for the stars has its own reward. The Global Pool compensates
our Regionals & up with quarterly revenue sharing. Two percent (2%) of global
generational volume (CV) will be shared by qualified Regional, National and

to one’s sales contributions to the total pool volume.

established a very simple and easy-to-follow
system of achievement ranks. Ambassadors have
a “paid-as” rank within the current bonus period,
as well as their highest “lifetime” rank in the last
twelve months. All commissions are calculated
based upon “paid-as rank”.
STRONG LEG RANKAmbassadors have the option of qualifying Area
Ambassador with all requirements placed in the
strong Dual Team leg. The 40% rule still applies.

Further Rewards InformationPAY CYCLESZilis pays commissions on a weekly and monthly basis through a convenient
electronic deposit. Once you receive your initial commission, you’ll be notified of
how to access your funds via a simple online transfer in a few short steps. This
easy and secure method of receiving your commissions means you can receive
your commissions even when you’re traveling or on the go. Funds are available
for transfer on the same day commissions are paid.
Your weekly pay cycle begins Sunday at 12:00am ET and ends at Saturday
evening at 11:59pm ET. All weekly bonuses are paid on the following Friday for
the previous week (5 days after the weekly period ends).
Your monthly pay cycle is based on a calendar month. Monthly Commissions
are paid on the 15th of the current month for the prior month.
GENERAL NOTESZilis reserves the right to modify the Compensation Plan without prior written
notice. Zilis will pay up to a maximum of 50% of commissionable volume. In the
instance the 50% cap were to be reached, Zilis will make appropriate deductions
from Dual Team payouts based on the number of 300CV cycles each
Ambassador earned.
Ambassador accounts that remain inactive for a period of six (6) months will be
converted to Customer status.
AppendixALTERNATIVE QUALIFICATIONS FOR EACH RANK:Ranks may be initially achieved by acquiring the following number of active
