The PCI Bus is typically measured in Megabytes per second (MBps).
The USB and FireWire Bus is typically measured in Megabits per second (Mbps) and should not be confused with MBps.
FireWire 800 is listed at a Maximum Speed of 100 MBps, which translates to 800Mbps. (There are 8 bits in a 1 byte).
