THE PERFECT SYSTEM OPTiMuM EFFiCiEnCY

The simple, smart switch system has a programmed memory card with the best amps to volts (heat to wire speed) settings for the different wire types, wire diameters and shielding gases. This precise synchronization of amp and volts produces excellent weld results on various steels including; mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and silicone bronze.This smart switch system saves your business or workplace time and money. With its reduced level of weld splatter you or your staff will be able to spend less time cleaning and more time welding.

EASY TO uSE

Operating Cebora’s Synergic Smart Switch System is easy. The smart digital memory system means you only have to take three simple steps.

Step 1: Open the side door of the welder, and view the program card.

Step 2: Choose your desired a) filler wire (e.g, mild steel) b) wire diameter (e.g, 1.2mm) c) recommended shielding gas (e.g, argon / Co2)

Step 3: You will now have determined your chosen program number.

Leave your wire feed knob at ‘Synergic’. Then, change your step switches on the front of your welder, to the desired plate thickness shown on the digital display. You are now ready to weld. Easy!

Every welding scenario requires a combination of wire speed-voltage values for optimum welding results. Cebora Bravo Synergic keeps the welding material, wire diameter, and protection gas conditions constant. As the wire speed

changes a new voltage value is assigned, making it ideal for those welding conditions. The combination of wire speed – ideal voltage points correspondingly describes a curve, known as synergic, which sets the power source to the ideal working

voltage as the wire speed varies, while leaving the type of welding material, wire diameter and gas used unchanged. The Cebora Bravo Synergic power sources are supplied with curves to suit the most welding conditions.

The three impedance sockets on the models 615, 617 and 619 maximize the welding process in relation to all materials. Low impedance is recommended for brazing and welding galvanized sheet metal and high-strength steel, while the high impedance is best for welding aluminium.

Features The technical submenu also allows users to select the additional functions of spot-welding, jog, burn-back, and post-gas as well as the speed and soft start time.

The digital display can show the voltage (V), current (A) or thickness values.
