Building Partnerships | Distribution Brochure 2
Building partnerships, adding valueABB is a global leader in power and automation technologies and solutions. Working closely with distributors all over the world, we’re building safe, sustainable, successful businesses – and delivering value to end-users every day.
Our distribution strategy is based on a multi-channel approach, with the majority of installers, contractors, panel builders and other customers acquiring our products through distributors active in their home markets. The decision is always made by the customer based on their own needs and priorities.
The customer value-chain is key for ABB. At our end of that chain we engineer, research, develop and manufacture products. It’s our partner distributors who have the detailed local knowledge to bring those products to market in each country, industry or territory. That’s why the value-chain depends on distributors, and why ABB is fully committed to supporting distributors and building mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.
