that  occurred  when  you  were  actually  eight  years  old.  As  a  result,  you  had  only  your  eight-­‐year-­‐old  mental  and  emotional  resources  available  to  you  to  deal  with  the  situation.  And  remember,  the  subconscious  doesn’t  really  distinguish  between  big  things  that  we  think  of  as  traumas  –  like  natural  disasters,  war  or  an  accident  –  and  challenging  emotional  events  (like  being  humiliated  by  your  third-­‐grade  teacher).  And  unfortunately,  these  triggers  come  up  most  frequently  when  you’re  reaching  for  big  goals  and  trying  to  achieve  success.      

   Jack:  But  there  IS  good  news,  and  that’s  what  we’re  here  to  talk  about  today.

Pamela:  That’s  right.  There  IS  a  solution  –  a  way  you  can  dissolve  those  triggers,  and  dampen  or  eliminate  the  effect  those  strong  negative  emotions  have  on  your  mind  –  so  you  can  retain  full  use  of  your  rational  and  intuitive  capabilities  for  success.  You  CAN  turn  those  automatic  functions  of  the  brain  around  and  have  them  work  FOR  you.  Before  we  talk  about  the  actual  technique,  though,  I  want  to  share  a  couple  of  case  studies  with  you.      First,  there’s  Ann.  Ann  is  a  minister  and  a  coach.  When  we  met,  she’d  owned  her  business  for  8  or  9  years,  but  she’d  still  never  made  more  than  20,000  dollars  per  year  because  she  hated  sales.  She  was  very  uncomfortable  around  marketing  and  sales.  She  didn’t  like  talking  about  money  with  her  clients,  and  felt  that  she  couldn’t  be  spiritual  and  successful  at  the  same  time.    We  did  some  of  this  work  together,  using  the  same  methodology  Jack  and  I  are  going  to  share  with  you  in  a  moment,  and  the  next  year,  she  multiplied  her  income  by  over  5  times.  She  made  more  than  100,000  dollars  the  next  year.  What  I  really  like  about  this  story  is  that  Anne  now  says  “I  can  sell  with  integrity,  from  a  heart-­‐centered,  spiritual  place,  and  it’s  so  easy.  My  spiritual  clients  really  respond  to  this.  I  feel  great,  the  people  I  work  with  are  great,  and  they  see  me  as  I  see  myself  -­‐  as  both  spiritual  and  successful.”      Jack:  That’s  really  powerful.      Pamela:  It’s  really  inspiring.      Jack:  I  think  the  thing  to  point  out,  here,  is  that  so  many  people  think  they  can  get  through  these  blocks  with  sheer  will  power.  But  you  don’t  have  to  struggle  and  suffer  to  get  through  them  –  this  technique  helps  you  dissolve  them  so  you  can  move  forward  easily.      Pamela:  Exactly,  Jack.  That’s  so  true.  Working  harder  wouldn’t  have  gained  Anne  anything  –  she  was  already  working  hard.    But  this  technique  works  with  your  subconscious  mind,  frees  it  from  those  blocks  so  you  don’t  HAVE  to  work  so  hard.      Jack:  And  you  achieve  your  goals  much  more  easily  than  you  thought  you  could.      Pamela:  That’s  right.  So  now  let’s  talk  about  Peggy.  Peggy  and  I  met  5  years  ago.  A  year  before  we  met,  Peggy  had  had  a  bone  marrow  transplant  for  a  severe  form  of  cancer.  At  that  time,  her  doctor  had  said  the  cancer  would  return  within  a  year,  and  she’d  die.  She  came  to  me  because  she  was  mad,  afraid  and  she  was  sad.  She  couldn’t  enjoy  her  life  at  all.  We  worked  together  for  a  total  of  4  hours  using  some  of  these  techniques,  and  she  was  able  to  dissolve  the  fear  and  anger  so  she  could  enjoy  her  life  again.  The  best  part  of  this  story  is  that  that  was  5  years  ago,  and  Peggy  is  still  a  friend  and  a  client  of  mine.  But  now  she’s  working  to  build  her  business,  to  help  other  people  in  the  situation  she  was  in.  She  has  the  longest  remission  on  record  for  her  form  of  cancer.  I  can’t  say  that  our  work  together  helped  her  overcome  her

illness  –  but  I  do  know  she’s  had  5  years  of  enjoying  her  life  and  helping  other  people.      Jack:  That’s  wonderful,  and  I  think  it’s  important  to  point  out  that  this  technique  has  worked  in  scientific  studies  as  well.  For  example,  some  practitioners  used  this  technique  to  work  with  a  group  of  war  veterans  who  had  Post  Traumatic  Stress  Disorder.  The  veterans  all  went  through  just  six  sessions,  and  when  they  were  done,  86  percent  of  them  no  longer  had  PTSD.  There’s  no  other  kind  of  treatment,  therapy  or  pill  that  can  get  you  those  kinds  of  results,  and  in  such  a  short  time  frame.  And  that’s  not  a  group  of  people  likely  to  be  swayed  by  empty  feel-­‐good  techniques.  We’re  talking  about  soldiers…  It’s  a  group  of  grounded  people  who  were  dealing  with  a  serious  problem.      Pamela:  What  I  like  about  that  study  is  that  these  veterans  were  dealing  with  some  pretty  heavy  stuff  and  the  modality  we’re  going  to  talk  about  today  still  worked  for  them.  PTSD  creates  what  we  call  a  feedback  loop,  and  it’s  far  tougher  to  overcome  than  the  less  challenging  emotional  events  most  of  us  experience  –  like  our  third-­‐grade  teacher  yelling  at  us  during  class.      Jack:    Yes,  this  technique  has  worked  for  hundreds  of  thousands  of  people  around  the  world.  Before  we  tell  you  about  the  technique,  though,  let  us  take  just  a  few  minutes  to  share  with  you  more  information  about  our  upcoming  complimentary  LiveStream  training,  Ultimate  Success  LIVE.    Pamela:  I’m  so  excited  about  this  training.  It’s  hours  of  solid  information  you  can  use  to  build  THE  best  toolkit  you’ve  ever  had  for  creating  the  success  you  really  want  and  deserve.  If  you’re  striving  for  big  things,  you’re  going  to  run  into  big  obstacles.  You  need  a  methodology  that  is  going  to  allow  you  to  play  big,  to  function  at  your  highest  level.  And  since  you’re  watching  this  video,  you  probably  already  have  a  pretty  substantial  toolkit.  But  if  you  can’t  access  it  when  you  need  it  most,  it’s  like  trying  to  run  your  life  relying  on  duct  tape  and  rubber  bands.  That’s  what  we’re  here  to  change.      Jack:  I  like  that  metaphor,  Pamela.  It’s  so  true  –  when  you  attend  our  LiveStream  training,  Ultimate  Success  LIVE,  you’ll  learn  a  proven  process,  a  system,  for  discovering  your  blocks  and  then  dissolving  them  so  you  can  FINALLY  achieve  your  most  important  goals.  You  can  use  it  over  and  over,  in  any  situation.  So  as  you  play  bigger,  use  this  system,  and  you  succeed  bigger.      Pamela:  So  we’re  going  to  give  you  the  step  by  step  system  we  both  use  for  effectively  setting  goals  and  a  revolutionary  set  of  techniques  to  achieve  them  faster  and  more  easily  than  you’d  think  possible.  Once  you  get  this  system  under  your  belt,  you’ll  be  amazed  at  what  you  can  do.    Jack:  You’ll  be  unstoppable.  If  you  ever  feel  like  you’re  putting  in  110  percent  of  the  effort  and  getting  only  10  percent  of  the  results,  you’ve  got  to  be  there.

 Pamela:  And  remember,  this  modality  is  scientifically  proven.  It  works.  So  we’ll  talk  more  about  the  special  LiveStream  presentation  at  the  end  of  this  call.  But  for  now,  let’s  get  on  to  what  this  methodology  is.    Jack:  There  are  two  equally  important  parts.  One  part  is  called  tapping,  sometimes  called  Meridian  Tapping,  and  some  people  know  a  version  of  it  called  EFT  (Emotional  Freedom  Techniques)  –  literally,  you  tap  different  parts  of  your  body  to  send  signals  to  the  brain.    Pamela:  Right.  So  tapping  has  been  scientifically  proven  to  calm  the  brain,  and  allow  you  to  retrain  it  easily.  It’s  been  shown  to  calm  the  amygdala  –  that’s  the  fear  center  of  the  brain  –  and  to  lower  the  cortisol  levels  in  the  bloodstream.    It  takes  the  negative  emotion  or  charge  out  of  the  old  triggers,  and  breaks  the  cycle  of  what’s  been  stopping  you.  Remember  the  triggers  we  talked  about  earlier  –  the  ones  that  cause  your  subconscious  to  take  over  and  turn  you  into  an  8  year  old  again?  Well,  we  can  remove,  you  might  say  de-­‐install  that  trigger.  So  even  if  your  current  life  still  brings  you  challenges,  and  life  does  when  you  play  big,  you  just  don’t  get  triggered,  and  you  respond  every  time  as  the  smart,  capable  person  that  you  actually  are.  You  take  action  where  you  were  stopped  before,  like  Anne,  skyrocketing  her  income  and  negative  emotions  just  fade  away,  like  with  Peggy.  Jack,  would  you  believe  that  a  little  over  3  years  ago  I  would  leave  networking  events  in  tears  because  they  were  so  uncomfortable,  and  today  I  run  a  million-­‐dollar  a  year  business?  Once  I  used  these  techniques,  things  became  so  much  easier.

                       Jack:  Remember  these  triggers  aren’t  always  obvious  to  you  in  your  life.  They  manifest  in  different  ways,  like  disorganization,  stress,  or  overwhelm.  Maybe  you’re  afraid  to  speak  up  in  meetings,  or  to  network,  or  to  do  sales  calls.  Maybe  you’re  afraid  to  submit  a  project  idea,  or  to  meet  new  clients.  All  of  these  different  manifestations  limit  your  success.  But  when  you  learn  to  tap  effectively,  you  release  the  hold  these  triggers  have  on  you.  And  you  can  succeed.
