will consult closely and regularly with you and your officers, monitoring your solution, and implement-

Mobile Patrol

The Mobile Patrol service is a cost-effective alternative and complement to our Manned Guarding

offering. It provides a visible deterrent to criminals, intruders and opportunists.

Depending on your needs, we can arrange for experienced and uniformed Security Officers to visit your

premises in easily identifiable branded vehicles at random intervals. Your dedicated officers will check

pre-defined locations and collaborate with emergency services to deal with incidents quickly and

effectively.

KEYHOLDING AND ALARM RESPONSE

Alarms typically trigger during inconvenient times, forcing staff to travel to sites in unsociable

hours. Our Keyholding and Alarm Response services provide the solution, protecting your

business night and day, without the hassle of travelling to sites or the expense of employing

fulltime security officers.

The Keyholding service stores your premises keys in a secure environment and in line with

BS 7984 requirements. The keys are only released following sight of authorised signatures,

ensuring they are issued solely to approved individuals.

Wherever you’re based, the Alarm Response service alerts our Control Room should your alarms

activate. A Security Officer will attend your site in a branded response vehicle straightaway and

resolve the situation. The officer will typically check your premises, reset alarm systems, and deal

with extreme matters, such as burglary, fire and flood.

CCT V MONITORING AND CONTROL CENTRE

Alongside our traditional Manned Guarding services, we use the latest proven technologies to

secure our clients.

The CCTV Monitoring service provides cost-effective 24-hour monitoring of your sites, which

is then tracked by our Control Centre. Each remote solution uses high-speed broadband and

wireless connections to detect any movement within your premises. If triggered, the monitors

send images immediately to the Control Centre. Our staff will then respond instantly to the

situation.

Empire Security’s Control Centre provides protection 24-hours a day, 365-days a year. The centre

is staffed permanently by experienced personnel, and features computerised systems that log

routine and shift-change calls. This service is also particularly relevant for lone workers, and

involves Control Centre staff contacting individuals regularly to ensure they are safe.

Whatever the situation, the centre’s staff are on hand to answer queries, reassure staff and

respond to any emergency. The service is also a perfect complement to our Mobile Patrol and

Alarm Response solutions.

RISK ASSESSMENTS

We analyse security in three areas: Security Officers’ ability to deal with attempted entry; the quality of security teams; and

security operations. Using the service will help secure your ongoing operations, demonstrate duty of care, and reduce

your costs. An experienced auditor will assess your business in each area, and provide a confidential report of the audit.

TEST PURCHASE

Our solution ensures service-sector businesses comply with the law, avoid fines and maintain a positive reputation. Our

adult test purchasers appear younger than their ages and shop for age-restricted products such as alcohol, tobacco,

knives, DVDs and fireworks. We can also provide spot-check assessments of entry to pubs and night clubs. Following test

CANINE SERVICES

SPi specialist canine units support our security offering across all sectors. We work with a wide variety

ANIMAL CONTAINMENT

When you need the safe removal of animals from properties and areas where access or possession is

required, SPi have the resources. Our service is fast, efficient and effective, allowing you to secure an

area or premises and carry out your legal duties. Aggressive or abandoned dogs are removed to a safe

location, while other animals are dealt with on an individual basis. All will be kept safe and secure, whilst

awaiting further instruction from you, or the owners.

SPi Handlers and Wardens are fully trained, and SIA licensed where appropriate, allowing them to solve
