Article II defines the Executive Branch, its powers, duties, and impeachment

Article III defines Judicial Branch and treason

Article IV regulates state powers and interaction with the federal gov’t.

Commerce “Power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, borrow and coin money, declare war, maintain standing army, create post offices

Necessary and Proper (Elastic) Congress can make laws necessary for the execution of their powers

Equal Protection (Due Process) nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process or equal protection of law
