The Ringers-on-the-Green, directed by Elise Figa, is a choir of 12 high school students representing the music ministry of The Presbyterian Church in Morristown, New Jersey. The choir rings six octaves of precision-tuned handbells, and over its 41-year history, has performed in 40 states, Canada, Bermuda and Europe. The Ringers-on-the-Green perform for numerous New Jersey-based civic and religious organizations throughout the year.

Elise Figa - Director of Ringers-on-the-Green

Soprano, conductor and music educator Elise Figa is praised as being "the most direct and intimate in her interpretations" (The Boston Musical Intelligencer). In 2009, she made her European debut in Germany at the Festival Europäische Kirchenmusik singing music of the Medieval time period. In 2012, Ms. Figa participated in a Baroque master class with L’Arpeggiata at Carnegie Hall, and will be singing with the Accademia d’amore Baroque Opera festival in Seattle (August 2012). In 2013, she will record a commissioned duet for two sopranos and organ in Sweden in 2013. Ms. Figa teaches high school music classes and conducts ensembles and musical theater productions throughout New Jersey and New York.

Eric Rappeport

ROGS 3 yrs. Senior Randolph HS. Violinist HS orchestra and NJ Youth Symphony. Enjoys movies and Super Smash Brothers.

Carla Winter

ROGS 4 yrs. Senior Morristown HS. Captain fencing team. Varsity lacrosse. Physics and math teams. Plays flute, in HS Wind Ensemble.
