Education Research and Data Center (ERDC)• Washington Learns created the state’s P-20W office • Located in Office of Financial Management (Gov’s
budget agency)• Long history of collecting PS enrollment data
Good relationships and trust took years to build• Monthly stakeholders meetings with registrars and
institutional researchers• When their data is used, each institution has the
opportunity to provide feedback prior to release• Each institution involved in decision-making
surrounding data collection

Data Governance• State agency representatives along with local

• Each institution is considered a P-20W partner, sign the MOU
