INBUILT GENERIC SHAPES
The system features a vast array of inbuilt shapes, ranging from flanges to rectangles, lugs to semi circles.
NESTING SOFTWARE
Semi-automatic nesting software ensures the end-user maximises sheet yield, generating minimum waste material.
MANUAL CONTROL
Each process features a manual cut screen with an “On/Off” control, multidirectional “Jog”, along with height sensing control.
RUN SCREEN
The graphic display includes comprehensive zoom functions with a full nest view and zones dedicated to motion.
EASY SHAPE SELECTION
The software can import a wide range of formats including GCode, NC1, tap and DXF, making it easy to use without CAD knowledge.
DIAGNOSTICS
The software has an inbuilt comprehensive diagnostic system allowing all functions to be confirmed inc reconfigurable I/O.
DATA LOGGING
Data is logged per second and an offline viewing programme gives easy to read visual indication of any day’s activities.
