The purpose of the dress codeis to uphold the professional image of the association andits members and to prepare
students for the business world.
Acceptable Business Attire• Ladies
– Business Suit with Blouse
– Business Pantsuit with Blouse
– Skirt or Dress Slacks with Blouse or Sweater
– Business Dress– Dress Shoes and Nylons
Acceptable Business Attire
• Gentlemen– Business Suit with Collar
Dress Shirt & Necktie– Sport Coat, Dress Slacks,
Collared Shirt & Necktie– Dress Slacks, Collared
Shirt & Necktie– Banded Collar Shirt Only
If Sport Coat or Business Suit is worn
– Dress Shoes and Socks

Appropriate business attire is required for all attendees—advisers, members, and guests—for all general sessions, competitive events, caucusing, workshops, meal functions, and receptions.
Delegates shall abide by the dress code established by the PA FBLA Board of Directors for all state functions. Delegates not adhering to the dress code shall not beadmitted to the functions listed above.
