1 The application and the advantages of the connectors
The connectors are popularly used on the equipments that are equipped with the hydraulic
or pneumatic pipes and the pipes are needed to be connected or disconnected quickly and
frequently. The connectors are oil proof and acid and alkali and high pressure resistant.
The connectors can be used to connect with metal pipes or rubber pipes or nylon pipes or
plastic pipes. The specialties of the connectors are the fluid in the pipes from both sides of
the connectors will be stopped as soon as the connectors are disconnected. So the liquid
(or gas) can never leak and the dirt can never enter the circuits. Like this the production
environment can be kept clean from the pollution caused by the possible liquid leak and
the equipments can be protected well for long life too. When the connectors are connected
they are locked easily and quickly and tightly to make sure of the seal and reliability of the
circuits. In case of small space and necessary frequent disconnection or connection and
when the wrench can not be used the connectors also have the advantages.
2 The structures and the working principle
The connectors are identified as either male connector or female connector. One male
connector must be used together with a female connector as a couple in the operation. To
get the best result we suggest strongly using both the male connector and female
connector from our company. Do not use the male connector from our company with the
female connector from other company or the female connector from our company with the
male connector from other company.
The male connector structure as the following PIC.1

The male connector is composed of pipe connector and O rings and valve core and
pressure spring. When the male connector is disconnected with the female connector
the valve core is pushed to the right side inside the external joint by the spring and touch
with the internal conical surface tightly. So the through hole of the external joint is plugged.
Also under the function of the O rings on the valve core the liquid in the circuit will never
be leaked.
The female connector structure as the following PIC.2
The female connector is composed of external sleeve and internal sleeve in which there
are 9 steel balls in the 9 U slots and internal core and springs of 3 different specifications
and slide sleeve I and sleeve II and 4 O rings.When the connector is disconnected with the
male connector the slide sleeve I is pushed to the left side in the internal sleeve by the
spring III. So the slide sleeve I and internal core and the internal sleeve and O ringI and O
ringII and O ring III will take funcitons together to plug the circuit tightly and the liquid
inside will not leak.

The connectors in the status of connection as the following PIC.3
When the male connector are connected to the female connector the external joint of the
male connector will push against the slide sleeve I of the female connector and meanwhile
the internal core of the female connector will push against the valve core of the male
connector. With the insert depth increasing the slide sleeve I and the valve core both will
move backward till the 9 steel balls on the female connector are locked into the slot on the
external joint of the male connector when the sound of click will be heard. So the
connection is finished and the holes will be connected and the circuits will become one
whole circuit.
The method to disconnect the connectors as PIC.4
Push the external sleeve to the righ side and the steel balls will get rid of the clamp from
the external sleeve and break away from the lock slot on the male connector. So the male
connetor will not be locked into the female connector any longer. And under the function
of the pressure springs the male connetor will be bounced away from the female
connector.
