The Robson Company Inc. offers many unique and innovative methods to be price conscience and

competitive. One such approach shown above, is the use of our proprietary modular system known as RSD-Insert. Developed originally for our former

Sensor Division, a number of our customers saw this system as a cost effective way to produce quality tooling at very competitive prices. Unlike some

proprietary systems, the RSD-Frame is based on a standard mold base components and if for any reason,

any of the our RSD-Inserts can be made into a dedicated mold without the “hostage taking

approach” some other molders use. This system has proven extremely productive,

both for production requirements and pre-production prototypes. Has proven to be a big advantage in

small parts molding.

Let me say that The Robson Company firmly believes that a Realistic Quality System Plan and Documentation that is essential to running a company such as ours, and we are very diligent and staying current with all the ISO requirements and actually creating our quality system plan that exceeds the current requirements. I am proud to say that our Plan and Documentation is superior to many companies, large or small. However, after several years of ISO certification, without a single issue in all external audits. Our company has gained new customers, not because of a certificate hanging on the wall, but by the ability to have good documentation and the ability to do a good quality job. Since our Plan is unique to our company, and unlike some companies that pay for consultants to develop a plan which are not honest and functional operating plans, just “smoke and mirrors”, ours was developed and formed by our own Quality Systems Team, that is a true and honest plan that works and is a living document. An ISO certified company doesn't guarantee, quality product, but a quality company does. We believe we offer a quality company that our customers deserve.
