You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. 7 But go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you.” 8 So they went out quickly and fled from the tomb, for they trembled and were amazed. CMC Bulletin Board PETERSBROOK RCC LENTEN PROJECT - The Petersbrook RCC is partnering with Church World Services and is asking for your assistance to put together ten (10) Emergency Cleanup Buckets or Hygiene Kits. You can provide assistance to families and communities affected by flooding, tornados and other disasters. Please pick up a list of supplies needed for the buckets or hygiene kits project from the ledge below the COMMUNITY Bulletin Board. A sign up sheet for those interested is posted on the CHURCH FAMILY LIFE Bulletin Board. Please sign up to indicate which kit you will be putting together. The deadline for these kits to be returned is April 15. CHURCH OFFICE NEWS – Pastor Dave will be on vacation April 2 – April 6. In his absence, our acolyte, Matt Pace, will be handling any pastoral emergencies. You may reach Matt on his cell at 336-416-8499. REMOVAL OF EASTER FLOWERS – If families want to keep the Easter flowers that they’ve placed in God’s Acre, they need to be picked up by end of day on Sunday, April 8. The maintenance crew will be removing flowers beginning Monday, April 9, so they can resume mowing in God’s Acre. YOUTH LUNCH – The Youth will be having a lunch on Sunday, April 8, after worship in the Fellowship Building with Bingo to follow. The menu will be Baked Potato and Salad Bar. A love offering will be collected to help the youth with their mission programs. YOUTH PANCAKE SUPPER – The Youth will have a Pancake Supper (with bacon, sausage, baked apples, juice and coffee) on Saturday, April 14, from 4 PM - 7 PM, in the Fellowship Building. The cost is $7 for adults and $3 for children 5 and under. All proceeds will go toward their programs and mission work. MARVELOUS MORAVIANS LUNCH AT SALEM TAVERN

The Marvelous Moravians are planning to eat at Salem Tavern (in Old Salem) on Tuesday, April 10. Plans are to meet at the church parking lot at 11:15 AM with reservations at Salem Tavern for 11:30 AM. In order to determine how many people are interested in going, a sign-up sheet has been posted on the CHURCH FAMILY LIFE Bulletin Board.
