They are plans for peace and not disaster, plans to give you a future filled with hope”. Recently, Janet and I went on a vacation to visit the “Footsteps of Saint Paul”. Both of us did a lot of research, especially in the book of Acts, Ephesians, Corinthians and Romans. We really did not have to plan much, because eve- rything was set up for us. But we had to hold the newspaper, and the mail. I had to make plans with Fred to get the mail at church in. The plans that were made were good. But some things happened that were not planned for. Our plane in Chicago, took off an hour late. So we did miss our plane to Athens from Paris. But we got there eventually. Then part of our group that did not go to Rome, got stuck in Ath- ens because of the volcano in Iceland. But they did get back. We also try to plan our lives according to days, weeks, months and years. We hope we are safe in this time. Sometimes our plans get detoured. We know God has a plan for us, but we don’t know how and when God’s plan hap- pens for us. Will God’s plan cause a detour in OUR plans? Will God’s plan bring some sor- row, or make us afraid or make our hearts ache? We don’t know what will happen in the fu- ture, but we do know that God made a promise. God lets his plan be made know to us a little at a time. We have to trust and believe that HE works things out in our life even if we don’t un- derstand. God’s most important plan includes us. God sent forth HIS Son, born of a woman, Jesus did not sin, but became sin for us. Jesus has opened heaven for us. Jesus Is our Lord and Savior. Praise God. Recently, Janet and I went on a vacation to visit the “Footsteps of Saint Paul”. Both of us did a lot of research, especially in the book of Acts, Ephesians, Corinthians and Romans.
