LOCKING YOUR AIO LOAN

AIO loans that are brokered will automatically be locked. Once final PTD conditions have been submitted, your account manager will send the AIO HELOC Verification form to the LO for signature approval. The AIO HELOC Verification form will give the LO the ability to confirm the margin, loan amount, initial draw amount, closing costs, etc.

The lock will be good for the month its locked, and 10 days into the following month (Roll forward to following business day if the 10th is a weekend or holiday).
