“How to make a reservation”The Spa is open from 10.00 to 18.00 hrs.Please dial our Spa reception on EXT. 2208 with any queries or for any further assistance you require. We highly recommend that you book in advance to ensure you secure your preferred time and treatment.

“Upon your arrival”We kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment, in order to complete your health assessment form and take time to relax by using the Thermal suite.

“Don’t forget”All jewellery should be removed before the treatments so make sure to leave yours in the safety deposit in your room before entering into the Spa.

Spa ProductsWhy not take a little bit of Spa home with you and extend your spa experience after your holiday. A variety of experience products are available to purchase from our Spa reception.

“It’s easy”To pay for your treatments - just charge them to your room and relax until its time to go home. Cash and credit card payment is also accepted.

“If you can’t make your Spa moment…”Don’t worry, just give us 12 hrs notice for individual treatments and 24 hrs notice on packages that you want to cancel, otherwise 50% of the treat-ment price may be charged to your account. No shows 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

“Sshhh”In order to maintain that Spa feeling, mobile phones are not permitted in the Spa at any time and in order to preserve our pure Sensatori air, smoking is not permitted either.
