And the only tune that he could playWas over the hills and far away

So come to the Library when you’ve got timeAnd take a look a Roald’s Revolting RhymesOr read the tale of Dr Seuss’ CatYou know the one that likes to wear a hat!

You may be surprised and you may be shockedTo know that the teachers like to rap a lotMiss Garland and Townsend tooAre the rapping heads of the Key Stage Crew!

And did you know Mrs Aisher and BeedhamOrganise a regular Poetry Slam!And Mr Williams has his own PossayLloyd, Barnes, Waller and MC McCrae!

So come on now and write us a poemJust think of the words and get them flowingAnd if you fancy turn up the heatCall it a rap song and dance to the beat!
