ISC and Offshore Substation Design

ISC Consulting Engineers A/S has extensive experi-ence in the design of offshore substations, dating back to the design of the world’s first offshore sub-station, installed at the Nysted Offshore Wind Farm in 2003. ISC’s experience in the design of offshore structures is founded on knowledge obtained over 40 years in the offshore oil and gas industry.

Since then ISC has successfully undertaken the complete detailed design of a further 34 offshore substations. ISC’s portfolio clearly demonstrates a comprehensive expertise within the field of offshore substation design, including a broad spectrum of topside layouts as well as jacket and monopile substructures. ISC has also demonstrat-ed the ability to work alongside local authorities across Europe to produce superior solutions which conform to the local regulations and authority approval.

ISC has also performed numerous FEED studies for offshore substations.
