More Appreciation of Risk = BETTER BEHAVIOR Survey results indicate a better understanding of the brand damage and operational expense that are incurred due to successful DDoS attacks, driving focus on best practices and incident response preparedness. SERVICE PROVIDERS The frequency of DDoS attacks is increasing as 53% indicate they are seeing more than 51 attacks per month — up from 44% last year. ENTERPRISE, GOVERNMENT + EDUCATION (EGE) DDoS is the most commonly experienced threat. 42% experienced a DDoS attack last year, and nearly half of those experienced more than 10 attacks per month. 60% 25% Illustrating the importance of a good DDoS protection strategy. Down from 71% (a huge and very encouraging) drop.
