We have spent time talking with many Vietnamese students. Together with a survey we ran among Vietnamese students, we realize that they are bright and ambitious but usually do not have access to all the necessary resources to excel in their careers.TSOY, standing for “the start-up of you”, was found with a mission to be a platform where Vietnamese students can access to online courses facilitated by experienced Vietnamese professionals, find their own mentors through monthly career sharing and stay connected with other prestigious students.We are seeking for experienced and inspired professionals like you to join us as our mentors and advisors. We strongly believe that together we can empower more students to succeed in their careers and to contribute to the society they are living in. If you share the same passion for Vietnamese youth, we are more than happy to have you in our team!!

The volunteers• O

rganize the online training courses

• Select the best students to meet the mentors based on their CV and class exercises

The mentors• Provide training courses Or• Share their experience with the students through coffee sharing

The students• Participate in training courses• Engage with mentors• Stay active in a network of like-minded students

The model

• Each trainer has lessons for Vietnamese youth. We will record his/her talks into videos and publish on TSOY official page.

•After each video, there will be homework for the students to practice what they have learnt

The trainings

•After each lesion, the students will submit their CV together with their homework to TSOY

•We will select the best candidates to join coffee sharing with mentors which is held once a month

Selection• We will organize a coffee sharing on a

specific topic with mentors once a month and host 5-6 students a time

Meeting with mentors

•The students are required to write their own memos and submit to TSOY

•They will be added in a Facebook group together with mentors to further their discussion and maintain their connection with their peers

•The students who do not meet some requirements (e.g. absence without notification) will be banned
