Step 1 

• Make contact with Decision Maker of Targeted Group • With the intent to schedule a time for a presentation.

- Executive Board Packet. • Follow up meetings with internal committees, advisors and assistants to the decision maker. • Necessary proposals for the group

Step 3 

•Executive Board Presentation

• Gain approval for program  • Sign all necessary paperwork.  • Submit to home office for approval. • Enter into SGA Structure.  Example ESCATON

Step 4 

• Start communication at every level of the organizations infrastructure. 

Example:  Shop Steward Meeting,  General Membership Meetings, Committee Meetings

• Picket Line participation and coffee, water, doughnuts supplied to picketers.  Use NEW AIL Megaphones and doughnut boxes. Be available for Union Recognition Days

• Examples Workers Memorial Day, April 28th, Day of Mourning etc• Special Occasion Recognition – Holidays, Labor Day, May Day, Installation of New officers, Administrative Professionals Day (the old secretaries day). • Golf Tournaments and other fund raisers • Donations – Scholarships • Food Bank • Yearly Reports -  Claims History, Report Forms, and Surveys.• Treat  the Staff to Lunch

• Become a Credit Union  Member• Attend Credit Union Golf Tournaments and all Charity Fund

Raisers ie: Children’s Miracle Network• Deliver CU Lines and Blue Papers• Attend Credit Union Chapter Meetings• Participate in Conventions • Be proactive during National Credit Union Week• Food Banks• Treat the staff to lunch

Assocaitons 

• Join your state Society of Association Executives. Found by state. ie WSAE –Wisconsin Society of Association Executives 

• Support Association in their fund raisers, golf tournaments, conventions, Conferences, scholarships.
