free-flowing properties is great for baked goods and for use in plants equipped for

LIQUID SUCROSE Pure crystalline sucrose dissolved in water provides convenience, ease

of handling, and less waste in liquid applications and in plants equipped for

liquid production.

INVERT SUGARInvert sugar is more stable than liquid sucrose and contains high

solids content, making it ideal for fruit prep and beverage syrups among
