The Thalasso Spa at Capovaticano Resort is an exclusive oasis of peace and wellbeing where you can rediscover yourself. 2,000 square metres located on the white beach of the Costa degli Dei overlooking the Stromboli volcano and the Aeolian Islands.

Thalassotherapy is the signature feature of the spa, which aims to achieve psycho-

physical well-being through the therapeutic and regenerating properties of sea water.

The spa experience begins in the wet area with pools and tubs of sea water, a Kneipp

path with warm and cold temperatures and an invigorating effect, a vascular path with

hydromassage to reactivate the circulation, and emotional showers for final relaxation.

To complete this experience, guests can use the sauna, the turkish bath and the

relaxation area with herbal teas and infusions. every day you can book new generation

massages, face and body treatments in our 15 spacious cabins, illuminated by natural

light.

If your experience in our SPA did not meet your expectations,

please contact the SPA manager before leaving the hotel. In

the event that the manager is not available, please contact

the SPA staff or hotel reception to explain the problem.

VALUES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave valuables and jewellery in your room or in the

lockers in the changing rooms for guests’ use. The hotel is not

responsible for valuables left behind in the spa.

BOOK IN ADVANCE

In order to ensure the availability of treatments at the pre-

ferred times, we recommend that you book your treatments

at the time of booking your room if possible. To book an ap-

pointment, please contact our Spa by dialing extension num-

ber 450 directly from the telephone in your room, or call

number 0963 66 53 53.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please

contact us at least 12 hours before the start of the appoint-

ment in order to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. If you do not

show up for your appointment, we will be forced to charge

the full amount of the treatment. We recommend that you

arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the treatment. If

you are late, the duration of the treatment will be reduced.

MINIMUM AGE

Children/young people aged between 6 and 16 years are only

allowed access to the SPA for treatments and accompanied

by their parents. Children are welcome for facials, hand and

foot treatments, and some massages, however access to the

wet areas and thalassotherapy pools is not permitted.

PREGNANT WOMEN

Please inform the staff if you have any health conditions that

require special attention. We offer targeted treatments for

our pregnant guests and new mothers. Our staff will be hap-

py to advise you on which treatments are best suited to your

needs.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

A courtesy kit with bathrobe, towel and slippers will be pro-

vided in the SPA. Non-return of the kit will incur a charge

of €80 to your account. During your treatment, we recom-

mend that you wear the single-use underwear provided by

our staff. Please bring your own swimming costume. Nudism

is not permitted.

MOBILE PHONES

Our Thalasso SPA promotes harmony and relaxation. Please

speak in a moderate and calm tone of voice and switch off

mobile phones. For reasons of privacy and confidentiality,

photography and filming are not permitted.

LOST ITEMS

We ask you to hand over all lost items found in the spa area to

reception, where they will be kept for one month.
