Background of William Shakespeare

William Shakespeare was born in 1564 and died 1616. Shakespeare lived in England, but he placed Romeo and Juliet in Verona, Italy. Shakespeare got his inspiration of dealing with theatrical arts when he traveled for a bit with The Elizabethan theatrical production troup. William Shakespeare was with theatrical arts when the plague came around. During the plague effect many theatres were shut down. So Shakespeare was then inspired to write some plays of his own with his patron Henry Wriothesly. “http://www.online-literature.com/shakespeare”

Text to Text

Romeo and Juliet is somewhat like Twilight. The way Romeo and Juliet are separated is like how Bella and Edward are separated due to their differences in life. Bella needs to stay away from Edward because he is a vampire and Juliet needs to stay away from Romeo because he is a Montague.
