Life, like business, has a habit of being unfair. Circumstances are altered, rules invented, legislation passed and competition emerges right and left-of-field. Taking advantage of the trading conditions means taking chances and that means change.

C-shaped words are always used with caution and change is challenging. It’s complicated. It’s costly and can make everyone - from the council-employee to the CEO - nervous.

Fortunately change can, if you give it half a chance, prove immensely rewarding. We&... are constantly thinking about change and how, carefully and competently embraced, it can give you that point of difference and your competitve unfair advantage.

So rather than ping you a mail or poke your profile, we thought we post you a little book, a book about how excited We&... are about the unfair advantage change offers.

If you enjoy change (or even if you’d really rather not think about it, frankly), we’d love to hear from you.Best wishes

We&... would never claim to be the only business discussing change but we believe we can deliver a shape for it that many would find hard to eqaul. Afterall, we’re agents that get our hands dirty in the actual delivery of it. The following illustration are just a ‘heads-up’ on the places, spaces, people and thier identities that we’re helped change.

Since we can’t show every example in our short book, here’s a rundown on some of the company we’re proud to have worked with on change, across the sectors we’ve worked in;

You’re probably not looking for change. We don’t blame you.

The problem is when it comes looking and finds you, unprepared. So while We&... and never advocate change for it’s own sake, we do believe in be ready or, better still, looking at what positive gain can be made from it. That’s what we call your ‘unfair advantage’.

We’d like to get things moving so here’s an offer, for a change. We&... will conduct a completely free audit or consulting session, at your place or ours. Once we’ve done that we’ll send you a report and , if it helps, present our perspective in person (to save you having to pay another consultant to tell you what it really means).

To take an unfair advantage simply get in touch and see what our collective approach can do.

Best wishesWe&...
