THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 4, 2017 RICKY'S COMMUNICATION DECEMBER BIRTHDAYS DECEMBER SCHEDULE CHRIST HAS COME PROGRAM ORDER SANCTUARY CHOIR REHEARSAL – DECEMBER 6 NO CHURCH ORCHESTRA REHEARSAL – DECEMBER 10 ANNOUNCEMENTS MUSIC FOR SUNDAY RICKY'SCOMMUNICATION THE WEEK OF ….. Well it has arrived! This is the week of our presentation of CHRIST HAS COME! Thank you for all your hard work. It is going to be a great week as we get to share some wonderful expressions of the Christmas story. I hope you are inviting everyone you know in our area to join us for Sunday night’s worship. Christmas music, like almost no other medium, gives us a comfortable venue to draw people into our church experience and expose them to the gospel. If it is worth singing and playing, it is worth sharing. You are going to do a wonderful job and I am so excited about the week. REMEMBER OUR SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK We have 2 major rehearsals this week with Wednesday night beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary and Thursday night beginning at 7:00 p.m. also in the sanctuary. Wednesday night, we will work through everything in the program including narration and interpretive movement but without the orchestra. We will stop and start as necessary to be sure we have things in order. Then on Thursday night, we will add the orchestra and run through the program in its entirety (hopefully without having to stop). Please make every effort to be in your place ON TIME. Everyone (including me and your fellow choir members) is counting on you. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Psalm 40:3
