TEA PARTY HIJACKED BY KOCHAmerican citizens need not fear being taken over by a

foreign nation; our strong defenses make that nearlyimpossible. We must fear being taken over by subversive bigmoney interests. Their plan is simple: Fund the efforts ofhonest idealistic people who have strong beliefs in how topreserve the America our forefathers envisioned with thewriting of the constitution. Take control of a political party togain power in Congress to control lawmaking and make itimpossible to carry on without financial assistance from thewealthy money worshipers. No political campaign can be successfully carried on without

goal of the brothers will be the control of the RepublicanParty itself.

Never forget that ants are able to build huge moundsone grain of sand at a time.

The effort to prevent the superrich from taking controlof a party, then the Congress, and ultimately the UnitedStates government, should be a concern for Republicansand for Democrats alike. It should concern both partiesbecause while it is nice to have all that funding, it is reallythe selling of our political liberty; it is the selling of yourown personal freedom. If the Koch brothers give a candidate funding they controlhim and, of course, how he votes if he is elected.

adequate funds. The wealthy power hungry know this. That makes it possible for them to use their money to gainpower. Two in particular have used large sums of money toown and to dictate the political policies of the Tea Party. It isno longer a new party with very conservative goals. It is theparty of Koch power.

Many well-intentioned people have been duped bybillionaires David H. Koch and Charles G. Koch who haveused their deep-pockets to make it impossible to run TeaParty campaigns without their funding. The person(s) whocontrol the money control the power.

The National Republican Party has sensed the takeoverof the Tea Party by the Koch brothers and have begun toeye the activities from a safe distance. Obviously, the next

Tammy Duckworth is An AmericanWar Hero who served in Iraq as ahelicopter pilot. Duckworth wasseverely wounded in action and lostboth her legs while suffering additionalinjuries to her right arm. TammyDuckworth continues to serve in theIllinois National Guard and holds therank of Lieutenant Colonel. HerHusband Major Bryan W. Bowlsbey,is also a Veteran of Iraq and he, likeTammy,  continues to serve in theIllinois National Guard.

After recuperating, she served asDirector of Veterans' Affairs for Illinois, and then, as Assistant Secretary ofVeterans' Affairs in the ObamaAdminstration.

Duckworth resigned her office asAssistant Secretary of Public andIntergovernmental Affairs for the UnitedStates Department of Veterans Affairson June 30, 2011 to run for a seat inthe 8th Congressional District of Illinois.

Greedy big money interests do notwant to see Duckworth win. Her

heroism, her patriotism, her dedicationto her country mean nothing to thosewho worship the dollar. They wantpower; power means they wish tocontrol the people who sit ingovernment. By controlling electedofficials they hope to rule the UnitedStates.

Yes, you elect the officials, but bigmoney, the greedy monsters of thebusiness world, lie in the shadowswaiting to purchase the votes of thosewho are elected. You can read on pagetwo how the Koch Brothers havehijacked the Tea Party and are well ontheir way to taking over the entireRepublican Party.

They do not want you to have avote. They want to run the country.Since it is impossible for them toconquer it militarily they will do it withdollars.

Tammy, a good American whowishes to continue to serve our nation,is facing stiff opposition from the SuperPacs, those super rich parties who have

been turned loose by a majority in theUnited States Supreme Court who aredoing whatever they can to assist bigmoney in destroying democracy in thisnation.

Karl Rove wants Illinois. It is a tallorder to win in a state that hashistorically been a Democratic State butmoney can influence thoughts, thendecisions, and finally all the lies broughtto you day after day by big moneyinterests, might persuade you to votefor their candidate.

Tammy Duckworth has proven herloyalty. She paid the price of heroismwith her legs. She has not given up onthe United States of America and sheneeds your support. Do not be duped,do not be deceived by the super richwho seek only to destroy themiddleclass; ignore any candidate theysupport, and vote for good honestAmericans who wish to serve out  ofpatriotism not out of their worship ofthe money god.

We have become so obsessedwith national security we havesurrendered many person rights to thegovernment, under the Patriot Act, inan effort to protect ourselves fromterrorists. We are put thru searchesand inquiries at airports – but – wetolerate it because it is in the bestinterests of the nation.

There are some in the UnitedStates who simply do not care aboutnational security. They thumb theirnoses at United States law and theyhave not respect whatever for the factthat Iran is a bitter enemy of ourcountry by its doing not ours.

There are people so obsessed withmoney and power they do not careabout their country, they do not careabout its safety, they do not care about

patriotism – they only care aboutmaking more money and developingmore power to resist the laws designedfor the good of the nation.

These are the same people whoare seeking to take over thegovernment by secretly buying thevotes in Congress so that although youelect the representatives and senatorsthey will tell them how to vote on issueafter issue regardless of what maybefor your good or for the benefit of yourfamily.

These power hungry devils, theymoney worshipping heathens intend todestroy your country and yourfreedoms with your consent!Surreptitiously they will take over yourgovernment because you voted for thecandidates they handpicked who will

carry out their agenda and do theirbidding not yours.

Wake up America and do not votefor any candidate who accepts Kochcampaign contributions. Please do notsell our freedoms.

The video above discussesallegedly illegal dealings with Iran bythe Koch brothers. If this is factual it isa national disgrace. From the moment when we are young and learn ofdeath, whether it be the death of a pet or someone close tous, we tend to view it as a bad thing; the terribleculmination of life as we know it. Perhaps, the end of life inour physical body is not the end. What if it is the beginningof a new episode in living; an episode that is much better, much more fulfilling than anything we have experienced inour physical body.

During the 1970’s doctors and scientists becameaware of a phenomena that came to be referred to as a“Near Death Experience” or for short an NDE. Patientswho either died and who were subsequently revived orthose who came very near to dying often related verysimilar experiences when they recovered and were able todiscuss that incident.

Many patients related seeing a bright light and beingattracted to it. Some doctors and some scientists quicklyexplained the experience as a reaction taking place in thebrain; a type of hallucination, perhaps likened to anexperience induced by drugs. They were convinced bytheir training that it was anything but real.

Now, years later, and years after a great deal ofresearch and study has gone on surrounding theseexperiences, some of those professionals are wondering ifit is possible that the brain and the mind are actually

separate entities and whether or not it is possible for themind to continue having experiences even after the mind, aparticular part of the brain, has ceased to function and is infact dead – clinically and physically.

Of course such a declaration reeks of religion and thusmany professionals might shy away from any suchexplanations since science as a rule attempts to delineatebetween itself and what they see as the fanciful world ofreligion.

On the other hand, there are those such as the brilliantAlbert Einstein who did firmly believe in a God, a mastercreator, but who was apparently unable to attach himself toa single religion.

Slowly, science is seeing the foundation upon which thetheory of evolution crumbling in favor of organization andorder rather than random chance.

One reason is the DNA distinction that is telling us nowthat it is questionable as to whether “humanness” was reallyaccidental or actually the result of something deliberate thatoccurred.

Scientists may come up with some answers as theycontinue to probe these mysteries. In the meantime, theexperiences of those who have experienced the NDE arecompelling.

When does it make sense toupgrade to a premium automotive product?

(ARA) - In today's economy, people want to know howthey can keep their vehicles on the road for longer periodsof time. Frequent maintenance will keep your car in goodhealth, ensuring you get the most out of all those expensive-to-replace parts, according to the Car Care Council. Whendoes it make sense to upgrade to a premium automotiveproduct?

That's a question that stumps a lot of people whenconfronted with the wide range of prices for seeminglycomparable products. Here are a few tips on commonautomotive product categories to help you make informeddecisions.

Gasoline: Engines are designed to use a particulargrade/octane of gasoline. While some auto manufacturersspecify using a high-octane gasoline, some consumerspurchase the higher octane gasoline based on the assumptionthat it's better for the car. However, there is no benefit inusing a higher octane than recommended by themanufacturer. In fact, if you paid 40 cents a gallon extra topurchase super premium gas as opposed to regular, thatwould cost you an additional $320 a year (assuming 12,000miles driven and 15 miles per gallon).

The bottom line: Don't use a higher octane rating thanrecommended by the car's manufacturer.

Motor oil: Lubrication technology has seen significantimprovements over the years. The longer oil life of high-performance synthetic motor oil allows for extended oildrains, saving time and money, and reducing the impact on

the environment. Additionally, some high-performancesynthetic oils such as Royal Purple have been reported toimprove mileage as much as 3 percent or more. Threepercent may not seem like a substantial amount, but it canresult in hundreds of dollars in savings over the course of ayear.

The bottom line: Upgrade to a high-performancesynthetic motor oil for extended oil drains and improved fueleconomy.

Wiper blades: Where you live is the critical factor indetermining the value of upgrading to a premium wiper. There is a noticeable performance difference in low-costwiper blades versus those specifically designed for rainy andsnowy climates. Premium wiper blades are considerablysturdier and more durable than low priced blades.

The bottom line: Rainy and snowy climates justifyspending a few dollars more for premium wiper blades.

Oil filters: Inexpensive filters are typically made with the3,000 mile interval in mind. These filters often use low-quality paper media for filtration and deteriorate rapidly after3,000 miles. The new generation of high-performancepremium oil filters from manufacturers such as K&N,  RoyalPurple and others allow for extended oil drain intervals. Forexample, Royal Purple uses a proprietary long-life, micro-glass media that provides protection for 12,000 miles. It alsoprovides an increased level of protection due to the densityof the filtration. You can find out more atwww.royalpurple.com.

(ARA) - Trekking through the mall on holiday shoppingexcursions, shoveling out the driveway and playing in thesnow with the kids - every winter, your feet log some long, chilly hours. For people with health issues like diabetes, foothealth is especially important when the weather turns cold, asthe disease can affect your body's circulation even more soduring the winter months.

More than 26 million Americans have diabetes, according to the American Diabetes Association. If you or aloved one have the disease, it's important to remain vigilantagainst complications year-round, and especially during the

winter when feet are exposed to cold and remain covered upfor extended periods.

The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA)offers some podiatrist-approved advice to help those withdiabetes maintain good foot health throughout the wintermonths:

* People with diabetes may experience loss of feeling inthe toes and feet, which can be particularly dangerous duringthe winter. When walking outside, be sure to keep your feet

protected from frostbite by wearing warm socks and properfootwear.

* Never walk in the snow in sneakers, dress shoes orsandals. Choose weather appropriate footwear that both fitscomfortably and keeps feet dry and warm. You can find a listof footwear that have APMA's Seal of Acceptance byvisiting APMA's website.

* You probably wouldn't dream of going barefootoutside in the winter, but you shouldn't do it inside, either.Always wear shoes and socks when walking outside, and atleast wear socks inside. They afford a needed layer ofwarmth and protection. The type of hosiery you choose isimportant, too. Look for products made from breathablematerials that won't constrict blood flow, such as CrocsRxfootwear. Because moisturizing feet in the dry winter monthsis also important, foot care products such as AmLactin XLMoisturizing Lotion keep feet and skin healthy while beingsafe for those with diabetes.

* Wash and inspect your feet daily. Perform your self-exam at the same time every day and watch for changes inskin color, sores, swelling, blisters, peeling, cracking or othersigns of problem. When you have diabetes, even a minorwound can become a problem, so don't wait to see apodiatrist if you develop an injury that's not healing.

* Stay active. Physical activity aids circulation, which iscritical for people with diabetes. Don't let the cold weatherbe your excuse for becoming - or staying - sedentary. Getregular exercise, and don't be afraid to do it outdoors. Justremember to properly protect your feet from moisture andcold while you're outside.

Keeping feet healthy and pain-free can ensure a happyand healthy winter season. If you're unsure of how toproperly care for your feet during winter, or if you experiencefoot pain or a wound that won't heal, see today's podiatristimmediately.

No American, Republican, Democrat, or Independentwishes to allow America to be controlled by a handful ofsuper-wealthy individuals who will then be able to becomedictators in control of the country because they control theCongress.

Big money has gained a foothold in the United StatesSupreme Court as was seen clearly by the decision to allowunlimited political funding from secret sources. Chief JusticeJohn G. Roberts Jr. appears to be a short on ability andtotally controlled by money not democracy. If the signers ofthe United States Constitution were here to see him inaction they might try him and lynch him for treason.

Whether you are a Republican or a Democrat thetakeover of the Tea Party by the Koch brothers ought todisturb you and it ought to be a mutual rallying point forpreserving our personal liberty. If people such as the Kochbrothers are permitted to continue buying the services ofour elected officials we will lose our personal liberty entirelyand find ourselves ruled by the likes of a Hitler or worse.

The Koch brothers represent a class of people whoseem to believe their money gives them privilege. In theeyes of some filthy-rich persons the American politicalsystem is little more than a prostitute to be bought and soldat their whim. In their eyes democracy means doing thingsonly in a manner they decide is proper.

Americans; Republicans, Democrats, Independents orwhatever party they support, must be alerted to this latestthreat to our democracy for this is more dangerous than anyterrorist threat on our soil. This threat is a threat to destroythe very foundations of our national freedom.

It is occurring surreptitiously under the guise of innocentcampaign funding while it is in reality the takeover of yourcountry by greedy people whose only god is money andwho believe the only freedom there should be is theirs;their freedom to become America’s first dictators.

The Kochs must be stopped in their effort to takecontrol of politics and we must absolutely prohibitcontributions in secret from foreign governments whodecide to meddle in our politics.

Proponents of privatizing government services usuallyargue cost and point to initial savings to the taxpayers. Thefacts are much different. While the companies’ intentions areusually hidden, they have but a single purpose in mind and thatis profit. Low teaser rates are usually presented with veileddiscussions of future costs.

Those who favor privatizing public services tout lowercosts for the services when in fact studies have shown that isusually not the case, the price of the services are higher.

In The Public Interest,http://www.inthepublicinterest.org/node/457, has published areport that debunks some of the misinformation concerningprivatization.

Closer to home one need only look at some projects thathave seen the cost to taxpayers individually skyrocket. InChicago the former mayor Richard Daly privatized thefamous Chicago Skyway a bridge connecting Illinois andIndiana. The tolls chased users away.

He privatized the parking meters and the rates haveescalated to the point that many people will no longer shop inthe downtown area or drive to work because of the costs.

Ask a resident of Bolingbrook Illinois what he thinks ofthe water bills he receives for service from their private watersupplier. They are far more than the cost of water providedby the government was.

Illinois privatized the healthcare of its prison populationbut the cost some $230 million dollars does not reveal the realcosts of pain and suffering caused by the alleged intentionaldeprivation of care given to the inmates.

Businesses are in business to make a profit. Manybusinesses are run by greedy money-hungry people who willconnive or promise virtually anything to “get-a-foot-in-the-door” after that the sky may be the limit for future costs forthe service.

Privatization opens the door to corruption and thetemptation that fat campaign contributions for elected officialsbrings. Sometimes actual payoffs are just too enticing toresist. Communities ought to work on finding ways to solvetheir governmental services problems as opposed to avoidingtheir responsibilities by the shifting the duties to a privatecompany.

In general, the public does not save money but spendsmore for similar services or in some cases inferior services ata higher cost.

This time a governmental agency got it right. They choseto continue to provide the bus service and to continue toemploy the bus drivers and other employees in relatedtransportation positions.

This was a victory for the community and for the busdrivers who feared losing their jobs.

Village Manager Steve Gulden has steadfastly said theMayor and the Trustees are opposed to the quarrying of the80 acres in question. Hanson, however, wants certainvillage ordinances modified that will favor their company.

A village resident, Tomasz Suliga, requested information(FOIA) as to what ordinances Hanson wished modificationof and details as to those changes. The Village denied hisrequest.

The Hanson mining operations have a time limit to themand it seems it may attempt to extend the time allocated to itfor operating the quarrying facility within the village.

Manager Gulden did suggest that a request made byHanson to do some manner of business on an 18 acre sitelocated adjacent to the 80 acres generally known as theSpangler property, might be approved.

Residents do not want any expansion of the Hansonoperations. They prefer that the current time limit beallowed to take its full course and to then expire accordingto the existing agreement with the village.

The residents have expressed further anger over the factthat Hanson owes over $500 thousand dollars in overduetaxes which it now wishes to pay in installments over aperiod of 5 years. Some residents say the village ought tobe suing Hanson for the back taxes it owes and notconsidering any expansion of its operations based on its badfaith in the tax matter.

The issue is a hot potato for the village since residentshave threatened to replace both the mayor and the trusteesshould they approve any Hanson expansion.

Hanson would surely like to begin new quarrying on itswesterly parcels of land. Clearly it would cost a great dealof money to purchase land elsewhere and it could facehigher taxes in a different location than the rates it was ableto negotiate with Romeoville in the past.

Residents may now turn to the EPA (EnvironmentalProtection Agency) for help as they are claiming dustcreated from the mining may be injurious to the health ofnearby school children as well as to themselves.

This is certainly the most difficult matter to confrontMayor John Noak who is serving his first elected term in office. Before his election he served out the remainder ofthe term of former Mayor Fred Dewald who resigned.Noak was appointed by the village board to serve thatunexpired term.
