Background information WSP

• Consensus between the politicians in West Sweden concerning the necessity of a broadly extended infrastructure to ensure that West Sweden becomes a growing region.

• The Government gave the Transport Agenency the mission to try the possibillity of co-financing, through congestion tax, as a way for regions and local authorities to advance the costly infrastructure construction.
