“I enjoy running the Daily Mile. It gives you the opportunity to have fun and chat with your friends and improve your stamina. I think the whole school is getting fitter because we do the Mile everyday.”
“The Daily Mile is great
because it gives you a break from work in the afternoons. It’s better than just having a playtime because it’s like having a fun lesson where you are learning why it’s important to be fit and healthy”.
