• Redirects a portion of the stormwater flows from Rosemont Road east along Club House Road to Bow Creek Golf Course to Bow Creek
• Storm drain length is 1,400 feet• 80 feet across Rosemont Road right-of-way
• 700 feet within Club House Road right-of-way
• 620 feet Club House Road to Bow Creek Golf Course and within the golf course
• Pipe Diameter is 15-inch to 60-inch

• Construction time: 14 months
• Contractor required to comply with City’s Noise Ordinance
• The following will be maintained:• Water and sanitary sewer service• Access to homes• Access to Police, Fire, EMS,
school buses, and trash pick-up• Access to US Postal service

• Contractor required to restore lawns and driveways
• Club House Road to be repaved upon completion of work
• A City Inspector will be assigned to the project and work directly with residents throughout the project

• Rosemont Road heavily traveled major roadway
• Contractor required to maintain one lane north and one lane south
• Four lanes of Rosemont Road open during peak hours
• Night time construction may be required
• Neighborhood detours and one-lane traffic will likely be required; traffic will be allowed in both direction with flaggers 24

• A new stormwater pond will be constructed within the golf course to receive the new stormwater
• A new pond is necessary to comply with water quality regulations
• Construction work will be coordinated with Parks & Rec and the course operator
• Goal is to keep the golf course open and to minimize adverse impacts to players
