Flexible abrasives of this family are bound with sili-

cone and they are particularly suitable for a finishing

touch of materials such as a gold, precious metals in

general, resins, composites and acrylics. This group

synthetic rubber that gives these products high effi-

SKELL

licio. Nel settore dentale trovano applicazione nella

lavorazione delle leghe di cromo/cobalto e nel setto-

re orafo trovano applicazione nella lavorazione delle

leghe preziose, dell’argento e dell’oro. I prodotti della

famiglia SKELL sono proposti in granulometrie dedi-

cate alle diverse applicazioni, dalla sgrossatura alla

brillantatura.

Abrasive of this family are bounded with rubber and

abrasive component is silicon carbide. SKELL pro-

I dischi SLIM sono dischi separatori per la ceramica

e metalli. Unici per le loro caratteristiche meccani-

Informazioni e norme di sicurezzaTechnical and safety notice

Reddish Stone silicone abrasives always guarantee a good grip, wear out evenly and, when necessary, can be easily profi-led. These products, when used in a proper way, work without overheating, do not change in colour and do not undergo di-stortion. With Reddish Stone silicone abrasives you can work flat, curved, profiled or channelled surface

Reddish Stone abrasives are studied for specific applications: improper use of such products can damage the workpiece, the tool or hurt the operator.

Before using Reddish Stone products make sure that you use them combined with perfectly working tools that undergo re-gular maintenance and that comply with the laws in force.

Insert the shank in the equipment and fix the mandrel at ma-ximum depth.

Reach required speed before starting the application.

Damaged or warped abrasives must be readily replaced.

Before application every product sold without a mandrel must be firmly fixed on the rest and centred.

Only qualified personnel with regular safety equipment (gog-gles and aspiration) can work with our products.

Do not exceed maximum revolutions allowed for the tool.

Do not apply too much pressure on the tool and on the wor-kpiece: an excessive pressure may cause overheating or da-mage the tool and/or the workpiece. It may also cause an untimely wear of the tool and may even break it, becoming a hazard fot the operator.

Reddish Stone abrasives must be kept in their original packing, at room temperature, away from humidity and dust.

Do not use corrosive cleaning agents when cleaning the tools.

In order to obtain better results, we warmly advise to use tools that allow a variable speed.

Gli abrasivi Reddish Stone in silicone non si impastano, si usurano uniformente e alla necessità possono essere facil-mente profilati. I prodotti Reddish Stone in silicone se usati in modo appropriato lavorano senza produrre surriscaldamen-to, cambiamento di colore o distorsione. Con essi è possibile lavorare superfici piane, curve, profilate o scanalate.

Gli abrasivi Reddish Stone sono studiati per specifiche ap-plicazioni, l’utilizzo improprio di tali prodotti può provocare danni all’oggetto lavorato, all’utensile stesso e all’utilizzatore.

Prima di utilizzare i prodotti Reddish Stone accertarsi che siano montati in abbinamento a strumenti in perfette condi-zioni di funzionamento e manutenzione ed in regola con le normative vigenti.

Inserire nel manipolo e fissare sempre il mandrino alla mas-sima profondità possibile.

Portare lo strumento alla velocità desiderata prima di iniziare l’applicazione.

Gli abrasivi danneggiati o deformati devono essere pronta-mente sostituiti.

E’ indispensabile che, prima dell’applicazione, i prodotti ven-duti senza mandrino siano saldamente fissati sul supporto e assolutamente centrati.

L’utilizzo degli strumenti Reddish Stone è consentito solo a personale qualificato con un regolare equipaggiamento di si-curezza: occhiali e maschera per le vie respiratorie.

Non superare il numero di giri massimo consentito.

Non esercitare con lo strumento un’eccessiva pressione sul prodotto in lavorazione. Un’eccessiva pressione può provo-care surriscaldamento, danneggiamento del prodotto in lavo-razione e dello strumento e un’usura prematura dello stesso, può inoltre provocare la rottura dello strumento creando pe-ricolo per l’utilizzatore.

La conservazione degli abrasivi Reddish Stone deve avvenire nelle confezioni originali a temperatura ambiente ed al riparo da umidità e polvere.

La pulizia degli strumenti deve avvenire senza l’utilizzo di de-tergenti corrosivi.

E’ vivamente consigliato per un lavoro ottimale utilizzare ap-parati che consentano velocità variabili.
