The daily Agenda at a Glance is a printed piece which is much sought after for attendees wishing to peruse the daily highlights of the conference. As one of the few printed pieces made available at the conference, this is a unique and far-reaching way to put your message in front of attendees each day.

Swan Lobby Hallway Clings This is a great opportunity to put your company’s message in a high visibility area in the Swan Hotel where numerous attendees go for track sessions and remote keynote viewing that is available for each keynote during the week. CIO Thought Leadership Presentation This is an opportunity to present a 45-minute Thought Leadership and Client Case Study presentation to a C-level audience. Open only to pre-qualified CIO Program participants, the session is integrated with their agenda making it the most effective opportunity to reach the CIO audience at Symposium/ITxpo in a speaking format. Format: 10-minute Thought Leadership presentation delivered by top executive from sponsor; 35-minute case study presentation delivered by CIO client. Gartner will work closely with sponsor on session format/content and must provide final approval.

Boardrooms The Symposium/ITxpo Boardroom Program is reserved for high-level decision-makers with budget authority who are responsible for assessing the solution provider landscape for their enterprises. This is your opportunity to present a 30-minute session to this intimate group of hand-selected IT executives, who have been prequalified by Gartner and invited to attend as guests at Symposium/ITxpo. The interactive format provides a unique opportunity to highlight competencies and participate in a dialogue with a relevant audience regarding their critical business issues.

ITxpo Cocktail Receptions The ITxpo cocktail receptions are the most popular way for attendees to wrap-up their busy days in sessions, keynotes and analyst one-on-ones – comparing notes and networking with technology providers and peers and enjoying good food and drink.

Sponsorship of the ITxpo receptions includes signage throughout the exhibit area and the food and beverage stations for the three evening receptions (Monday-Wednesday).
