Start off in Easy Pose in the center of your Yoga Mat.
As you sing, start to rotate your body at the hips, doing wide circles in both first left,
then right.

Now move into Mountain Pose, standing tall in the center of your Yoga mat with your hands on your belly. On each BEEP, forcefully exhale the air out the mouth, forcing the stomach muscles to contract.

"Beep, beep, beep
Beep, beep, beep, beep,
beep, beep"

Still in Mountain Pose, have your students extend their arms overhead, on each
SWISH, have the students bend deeply from side-to-side.

"Swish, swish, swish,

Sit in Hero’s pose. Posture through Lion’s Pose, opening the eyes wide, and sticking
out the tongue.

Now, move down into Table Pose, with your wrists stacked under your shoulders, and your knees under your hips. Gently
flow through leg/arm extensions.

Now go to Easy Pose, and bring your feet together in front of your lap, entering into Butterfly Pose. With each open and shut,
open and close the Butterfly’s wings.

Students now start wide-legged in the cen-ter of the mat. With each call to Pete, stu-
dents sweep their arms wide over their heads into Triangle Pose. Alternate sides with each call, and take it nice and slow.
The kitties on the bus say,
“Come on, Pete!, Come on
Pete, Come on, Pete!”
The Kitties on the bus say
“Come on, Pete!”

For this posture, Crescent Lunge with a backbend, alternating sides each time the
words “Move on Back” are said.
The Drive on the bus says,
“Move on back! Move on
back! Move on Back!”
The driver on the bus says,
“MOVE ON BACK!”

For this action, proceed with a Forward Fold flow—up and down.

Get into Table Pose with your hands stacked under your shoulders, and your
hands under your hips. Bringing your belly down to the mat, sink into Cow Pose call-ing to Pete, then suck in your belly, bring the upper part of your back to the sky, tucking in your tailbone, become a Cat.

Bend forward, and plant your hands firmly on the mat, pushing your hips and bum
skyward, and moving into Downward Dog.

Standing tall, bend one leg in, and grab the inner arch of your foot, and extend the
leg like it was a guitar.

As you say round and round, sit so that you are in the edge of the Yoga Mat, and begin to Roll into mat, like a burrito. End the sto-
ry say ALL DAY LONG loudly.
