ASSESSMENT AND TAXATION ACT

Pursuant to section 19 and subsection 23(1) of theAssessment and Taxation Act, the Commissioner inExecutive Council orders

An Assessment Review Board, to be known as theCentral Yukon Assessment Review Board, isestablished for all that part of Yukon(a) lying to the south of 61 degrees 45 minutes

north latitude, west of 131 degrees westlongitude and east of 137 degrees westlongitude;

(b) lying to the south of 63 degrees north latitude,west of 136 degrees west longitude, north of62 degrees north latitude, and east of 138degrees west longitude;

(c) lying to the south of 62 degrees north latitude,west of 136 degrees west longitude, north of61 degrees 45 minutes north latitude and eastof 137 degrees west longitude.
