For three decades, Northern Ireland’s infamousprison - Long Kesh - was home to bothRepublicans and Loyalists in an era of riots, hunger strikes and ‘The Troubles’.

Martin Lynch’s dramatic portrayal of life on theinside tells a painful, shocking and poignantstory of the day-to-day reality of history in themaking. Time is marked with Motown classics, prison breaks are conducted under the coverof Smokey Robinson, and the stories are angry, devastating and, at times, hilarious.

Told through the eyes of prison officers,Republicans and Loyalists, a rich assortment ofpatriots, chancers, leaders, wives, escapersand hypochondriacs, Chronicles Of Long Keshis full of wild, irreverent humour and is a realcrowd-pleaser.
