Non formal education can provide a good environment for the integration of young people from vulnerable groups ( no language problems)

Non formal education provides opportunities to reach parents with sensitive health issues such as sexual and reproductive health

–Physical activities increase physical and psychological well - being–Prevention is cheaper than treatment–Non formal education gives empowerment and creates self confidence and self esteem–Non formal education offers the pleasure of discovery ( nature, science , health)

Key Recommendations:• For sustainable results long term funding is

necessary , EU funding for projects should be complemented by long term funding

• Non formal education should be recognised as a resource for health education, empowerment and participation

• Non formal education should be integrated into formal education when addressing health issues (eg sexual health)

• The organization of an exchange of good practice can help Member States to adopt new strategies and address sensitive issue such as eg sexual health
