Shoulder stationShoulder module is constructed to be

easily substituted with another one for another size/type of shoulder

The pneumatic and electricity connectors allow the shoulder module to be fast and easily

dismantled

The module consists of a main plate over which a stand carrying two plates with a hopper installed on them is installed. These plates give a possibility the position of the bunker to be regulated towards the leading assembly (chute), installed on the dame plate. Six bushings with rubber pads and springs absorb the hopper's vibrations. On the chute two sensors are installed, the upper one guides the commissioning and the stopping of the hopper, and the one at the bottom gives a signal for stopping of the machine in case of running out of the shoulders in the chute

Most important adjustment is shoulders to move smoothly between bowl and chute.For this reason under vibrator there is a nut and 3 bolts to regulate position,distance and level bowl’s vibrator.

Cap station• This module has the same options referring installation and

dismantling. By its construction it resembles module shoulders with the difference that the hopper. It consists by a vibrated hopper, leading chute and a charging mechanism.

• Electical and pneumatic conection is similar.What is different?There are 2(two) connectors for servo motor.Be carefull and plug them to right place!
