The ThermoPolymerSleeve® is a continuous digital engraved sleeve.
Every sleeve will be testedon a special flexo proofingequipment at Rossini factoryas final quality control.

Recommended for screen jobs with high quality results
Faster press speeds with less vibration
Thickness for ThermoPolymerSleeve® Max/Flex: from 6,00 mm up to 19,00 mm which means 8 repeat printingin steps of 10 mm on the same mandrel or Carrier.
Two different options for the ThermoPolymer® sleeves are available:

ThermoPolymer® Standard
Recommended for line work, flood coats, pattern varnish & heavy solids
Thickness for ThermoPolymerSleeve® Standard:from 4,00 mm up to 25,00 mm which means 13 repeat printingin steps of 10 mm on the same mandrel or Carrier.
Total thickness from 4,00 mmup to 25,00 mm
