Think Talent Services was founded by Mr. Bimal Rath.

Bimal has taken on the responsibility of Executive coach, senior management facilitator and advisor at Think Talent Services.

He is on the board of various companies as a non-executive and advisory member, and also advises CXO’s on developing long term organizational capability.

Bimal is an HR Professional with a distinguished corporate career of more than two decades. He has worked for Nokia, Tata Sons, British Telecom, Cadence design Systems & Eicher.

He has worked across Asia Pacific, Middle East, AFRICA, USA and India. His experience spans across M&A integration, corporate planning, leadership development, alliance management, setting up talent development systems, large scale change interventions and HR strategy/operations.
