    Amos is a mouse.

    Amos lives next to the sea.

    Amos loves the sea.

    All day.

    When the boat was finished, Amos put

    everything he needed on the boat.

    He was a good sailor.

    Amos was happy.

    Amos saw whales while sailing the sea.

    He looked at the stars in the sky.

    Amos thought everything was beautiful.

    Then, Amos fell off of his boat and

    into the sea!

    “Help!” Amos cried.

    Amos was scared, cold, and lonely.

    Until, Amos saw a large whale

    named Boris.

    Boris let Amos climb on his large

    back.

    Boris took Amos home.

    Amos was happy to be safe. Sometimes, Boris would forget that

    Amos was on his back.

    Amos jumped off of Boris’s back.

    He swam to his home.

    Years later there was a bad storm.

    Boris was thrown to the shore by the

    large waves.
