T he farce that passed for the confirmation hearing of Judge Brett Kavanaugh was a wake-up call for America. There certainly were warn- ing signs about the level to which Democrats were sinking in their drive to claw back pow- er by any means necessary — ANTIFA, radical Leftists, judges issuing national restraining or- ders, and a non-stop stream of lies about President Trump. Yet with Kavanaugh, they put all their cards on the table, and it was clear that the very heart and soul of America is on the line in 2018. That is why Liberty Guard has prepared this Voter Score- card to identify how Senators up for reelection have actually voted on important questions reflecting principles of Liberty. -Judge Brett Kavanaugh

LORIE SHAULL (FLICKR)

What’s on the line in 2018. The farce that passed for the

confirmation hearing of Judge Brett Kavanaugh was a wake-up call for America.

There certainly were warn-ing signs about the level to which Democrats were sinking in their drive to claw back pow-er by any means necessary —ANTIFA, radical Leftists, judges issuing national restraining or-ders, and a non-stop stream of lies about President Trump. Yet with Kavanaugh, they put all their cards on the table, and it was clear that the very heart and soul of America is on the line in 2018.

That is why Liberty Guard has prepared this Voter Score-card to identify how Senators up for reelection have actually voted on important questions reflecting principles of Liberty. Spending, an issue once at the center of the Republican Party, has continued to run wild. Re-publicans have also failed to

take seriously the civil liberties lost in the post-9/11 era. The last two years have left much to be desired.

But we know now what the alternative looks like, and it should have every freedom-loving American absolutely terrified.

It might have been over-ly-dramatic to say that freedom hangs in the balance in 2018, but after the Kavanaugh hear-ing, that is no longer exagger-ation. In order to maintain such precious freedoms as due pro-cess, free speech, the right to bear arms, and economic liber-ty, conservatives, must turn out to vote for conservative candi-dates on November 6th.
